Jobboss used to have the best customer service of any software I had ever dealt with. Our company has been a customer for approximately 20 years. However, over the past several months response time has been very slow, and this summer after a debacle of an installation, it took a month to get a response from our customer advocate and the response was subpar and lackadaisical. An acknowledgement of my dissatisfaction would have been sufficient at the time, but the response I received weeks after the incident was unacceptable: "I thought this was resolved, what else do you want?" was the gist of the response. I think that the ECI buy out or whatever this is did its customers a disservice. I really do miss the old days.

All these guys care about is selling you more seats. They love to have you pay for subscription offering support, but customer service is terrible. If you call them for a question, they will give you a slip "someone will call you back". It takes weeks to get a call back. I am looking in to switching over to a different software all together.
