Jobboss used to have the best customer service of any software I had ever dealt with. Our company has been a customer for approximately 20 years. However, over the past several months response time has been very slow, and this summer after a debacle of an installation, it took a month to get a response from our customer advocate and the response was subpar and lackadaisical. An acknowledgement of my dissatisfaction would have been sufficient at the time, but the response I received weeks after the incident was unacceptable: "I thought this was resolved, what else do you want?" was the gist of the response. I think that the ECI buy out or whatever this is did its customers a disservice. I really do miss the old days.
