I recently hired a moving service, and unfortunately, my experience didn't match my expectations. The team arrived later than scheduled, which threw off my entire moving timeline. 😕 While the movers were friendly, the efficiency was lacking. There were moments of miscommunication that left me feeling a bit uncertain about where my belongings were and when they would be loaded.

Additionally, some of my items didn't feel handled with the care one would hope for during a move, leading to minor scratches on furniture. Overall, I was hoping for a smoother process and better organization. I would suggest further training for the crew to enhance their professionalism and service quality.
