Able to close on a Investment Rental Cashout refi with a rebate at 3.125% 15 year fixed conventional. This was for a top client who is self employed. I m surprised to read poor reviews . JMac got me the me lowest interest rate out of 4 other companies I was dealing with. They appear to have the best rates around because they are efficient so don t expect to be hand held , do your research so you understand the process. For me the most important aspect was the bottom line so they met my needs perfectly fine.
