Just finished with my 4th new vehicle from JM. This time the transaction was half the time it used to be , thanks to Lexus Plus, no negotiation needed. I was skeptical but, feel I got a great deal. My salesperson, Eric Rodgers knew his inventory and was very professional in his manner and product knowledge. " I'll be back " :)

Crystal Combs is such a great car consultant! She spent several hours with me; determined whether to buy or lease my car. Once we narrowed down the options, she educated me on all of the technology my car had. She was low pressure, was thorough, listened to my needs, spent hours with me and most of all cared about my happiness in purchasing. I decided to purchase the Sport NX Lexus 2020 and I am super happy with my purchase. I am recommending her to anyone looking to buy a car at Lexus. She is simply fabulous and very good at her job!!!

I scheduled an appointment to purchase a car, and I drove all the way to Margate only to find out they sold it 3 hours before my appointment. Keegan Potter, the manager, was supposed to call me back to discuss the situation. He left a voicemail once, and I have not been able to get a hold of him since. Terrible customer service.

First time I have been to JM Lexus. I needed to have my recalled air bag replaced and an oil change. This place is great! Very organized and you have your own personal service consultant from drive in to drive out. Not to mention the huge lounge with inside/outside (with putting green) seating and complimentary food and drinks. Very nice.

It was a very pleasant experience leasing a car. The General Manager, assistant sales manager and my salesperson made me feel very comfortable leasing a car from JM Lexus. I would recommend going to JM Lexus and no place else.

I had about 3k worth of work done. My car was at s...

I had about 3k worth of work done. My car was at service center for 1 week due to parts had to be ordered. Thankfully the give beautiful loaner cars. My service man Charles was super polite. However, when i picked up my car and utilized the easy pay, no one did a walk through with me as addressed all my repairs. So when i got home, someone broken my hubcover when they put new tires on and never took ownership of the damage. It took 4 days for someone at Lexus to respond to my pictures, texts and emails. The good news is that the have overestimated the cover and are going to send roadside assistance to my home to replace it when parts comes in. I gave a 3 because my car was dirty with grease all over door and this is 3rd time a part of my car was damaged at service center and 2 times i had to pay for replacement of part. If you have roof racks in older GX , don t let them use the car wash machine.

My experience at JM Lexus with Ryan O kuhn was phenomenal. I went in to browse and hopes of leaving with a new car. Ryan definitely made that possible and this was the best car buying experience I ve ever had. Paperwork was a breeze and my visit was not long. Ryan O kuhn was very patient, helpful and made sure I was fully satisfied. I ended up leaving with a beautiful NX 200t. I would highly recommend anyone to visit JM Lexus, you ll feel right at home.

From the first moment Mr. Jason Gallipeau understood my needs, he accompanied me very professionally in choosing the right model and gave me very useful advice, without which I would be somewhat lost today in this world of technological improvements that I had not entered before. Another quality of Mr. Jason was his polite presence, his willingness to go beyond what is necessary and his cordiality in the deal. Everything so important in an increasingly globalized world, but also more impersonal.

On Friday, August 14th, I had the most amazing experience ever! In my lifetime I have purchased five vehicles. The warmth I felt at JM Lexus was absolutely unreal. From the moment I walked in to the moment I left. When we entered we were greeted by the receptionist. Before she could enter our names into the computer, Victor Nagase seemed to know who we were. In all of my experiences in buying a car, this was the smoothest ride ever. We were in and out of there in record time. Everyone we can in contact with was very pleasing and pleasant. Fran Levine thanks for calling and encouraging us to come in. I'm a first time Lexus owner and it's the car I'll drive forever!!!

Great experience at JM with Bruno Da Silva. We had been looking for the right vehicle for my wife for some time. JM gave us a great deal on our Rx350. Bruno was informative, patient and answered all our questions. He went over over everything in the car with my wife and assured us that we should call anytime with questions. I don't think I've ever had an easier experience buying a car. Very nice guy. Highly recommend you visit JM and Bruno!

Had a 4:30pm appointment for a routine oil change on a newer Lexus vehicle and didn't get my vehicle back until 6:30pm after I went and inquired why this service was taking so long. Keep in mind there were 3 other people inquiring the same thing and at best there were 6 people all together waiting (thus not busy at all).

they are great when your in the process of buying. I have been a JM Lexus owner for 16 years. I currently own 5 JM Lexus's. the service department has ruined the JM Lexus owning experience. when these leases expire, I will not be purchasing another vehicle from JM Lexus. I find it so hard to believe that in the last two years, someone has not realized how aggravated people are when they leave this place. SAD !!!!!!!!!

Check engine light came on. Called JM Lexus, I was told I should bring in the car to be checked out. I suspect service advisors know that a loose gas cap (needs the extra click) will trigger the sensor. They didn't suggest I tighten the gas cap first. Instead, I was charged $100 to find out I hadn't tightened the gas cap at the filling station, though strangely I had driven 50 miles without the inspect engine lamp lighted. The car hit a bump, then it lit.

Recently I was feeling disappointed to own a Lexus because my dashboard started melting and I had never experienced that before with my previous cars from a different make. I walked in to the JM Lexus service center for an oil change and mentioned again (my second time bringing this up) the issue with the dashboard. The advisor I got was on point and made the necessary investigation to confirm it could be replaced at no charge. I am pleased with the professionalism everything was handled. Unfortunately I can t give them 5 stars because my glove compartment door was scratched in that process.

My Lexus experience was a pleasure. I started with a Cappuccino in the upstairs lounge. I keep going back to Lexus year after year so the process is familiar and the people know me. Alicia, who handled my lease 3 years ago, again took care of me. She was so professional and helpful. She is so knowledgeable about the vehicles and the technology. I thought I wanted to keep my ES 350 but I had never had a Lexus SUV. I dont need a big SUV so Alicia suggested we test drive the 2021 NX 300. It is perfect and I got a great deal.

Excellent experience and top client service! We went to get a new car this past weekend, our sales representative Gregg Whyte was professional, warm and very helpful. In addition, I wasn't able to take the car on the spot as it was just arriving at the dealership. A couple of days later, as promised, I received a call that the car was ready. It was going to be hard for me to get there within a few days due to my schedule - to my surprise they offered to deliver it to my house! Outstanding service and very pleased with my experience and my new car. Way to go Lexus!

The best experience buying at a car dealership! Previously I ve used other car dealership and this is my first time at JM Lexus and I am glad I chose them. From the moment you walk in they are friendly and helpful. Pedro Diaz, sales manager, was very courteous, attentive and patient, he found exactly what we were looking for , we didn t have to go with financier because Pedro did it all so the process of the paperwork was very quick in less than an hour and a half!!!
I will recommend JM Lexus to all my family and friends.

The best car buying experience I ever had. Everybody was very friendly and courteous. My sales rep, Mr. Dario was amazing. No pressure into buying and assisted so well during test drive. JM Lexus service operation continues to provide a superb experience. I ve been using them for more than six years and I ve never had a problem. They do what you ask and expect and they do it well. They offer a convenient and extensive appointment calendar and in most cases you can wait in a confortable lounge with a well stocked coffee/snack bar. A car wash completes the visit. They re just the best I ve ever experienced.
