I have been living at one of their complexes for about a year and love it! I have great DTLA views, balcony, reasonable rent, and while service may not be done timely at all times, it is communicated well. Thanks!

If I could give them 0 stars I definitely would. I lived at 511 S. Park View St. Park view apts for 2 years. They charged me 2700 for a security deposit. I had the unit cleaned and they still took 461 for damages that weren't there, on top of when I went to cash the check they put a unrecognized signature so I couldn't cash the check. That's not even the half of complaints I had. I had to call the health department on them because they left my air conditioner broke in extremely hot weather for over 60 days. I know at least 5 other units had the same issue. Every time I called to speak with a supervisor in charge of my manager, I was always sent to voicemail and never a returned call back. The manager was careless about my issues and mostly was the problem. Did they ever care? No... If you're smart enough to read the review before renting from them, be smart enough to make a good decision not to give them yr hard earned money.

This company is unethical/corporate greed/ does not care about tenants at all.

Thee worst management company to rent from. They will steal your deposit so make sure you have a receipt for every time you pay rent with the dated time and signed by the manager, the living conditions is a different story if you like not having hot water or dishwasher not working ,ovens going out ,AC out then this is the place for YOU! And if summer comes around and you live where they have a pool you ll be lucky if they open it one time during the summer. But hey ! just like 98% of these people that reviewed this company and was dissatisfied, you can either rent from them and find out for yourself or honestly find anywhere else to live and have a better experience, But you wouldn t do that Sooo go check them out and be sure to leave a review after ! Thank you

Thank god i read these reviews i almost rented a unit near macarthur park from this company but i ended up leasing with a BETTER company. Also, this company lied saying my credit score was low so they can double my move in deposit... ya'll need to do better

The worst property management you can ever imagine. I lived at 12638 Cedar Ave for a more than a year and just moved out in Sep 2020. I had $1,100 as my security deposit. When I received my security back, it was half-deducted for damages that I am not even aware. I tried to call the manager and the property management and keep being transferred around . This company is a greedy fraud. DO NOT RENT WITH THEM!!! I now decided would file a small claim with the court because they dont cooperate. They are the worst!
