our elevator breaks down weekly and then no repairs are made in a timely manner. the answer is always the same: they are waiting on the part to arrive when in fact the service company they use never shows up; there are elderly people who haven t left their homes
in 3 days because there is no functioning elevator.

This place is amazing everyone is so nice especially ester. Benjamin always takes care of all my issues and they always have the best refreshments. Josh is super nice and is always so friendly. The ambience in the office is great. I highly recommend this management firm
The staff was so helpful! My mother needed help with a plumbing issue and they responded within the day.
It's a building management company. Your able to drop off rent and ask for repairs. They also have a phone line for repairs.
Worst I mean the worst don t rent from these people . The office workers are lazy never FIX anything they just don t care
Had to take them to small claims court because they wouldn't refund my security deposit (I left the place clean and gave them +30 days notice). Esther would constantly hang up on me and told me I wouldn't win in court. Well, they didn't show up to court and I won.
The management office is NEVER open. They say they open at 9 and come in at 10:30. Then I wait all day to find out they on Jewish holiday and never coming in. Please hire people to work if you cannot work yourself. Then they are going to send a late fee and I have to pay extra. I'm tired of taking them to court to fix things and check on what's wrong. PLEASE DO BETTER. The people that rated 5 stars work or intern in the office (conflict of interest)

HORRIBLE!!!!!!!....The only thing this management think about is money, money, money... They don't repair anything. The super is has lazy has he wants to be. He never has time to do repairs. They don't have any fair or respect for HPD or court. Their never follow any instructions in regards to repairs because they don't care. Esther or Ethel ( The witch) don't have respect for anyone; when you call she's always yelling at you and telling you that she's not repairing anything. They're slum lords and they are very proud to have a slum super with the same mentality as them. I grade them with 1/2 star.

THIS PLACE IS TERRIBLE I LIVED IN ONE OF THEIR BUILDINGS. AND THEY HAVE NO TOLERANCE NO RESPECT FOR US. I HAD PROBLEMS WITH MY STOVE AND LEAKS ALL OVER AND CALLED AND CAME TO THEIR OFFICE AND ONE OF THE LADIES THERE SHE WAS VERY RIDICULOUSLY MEAN AND RUDE. SHE MAKES A HILLUL HASHEM FOR JEWS. THATS WHY WE ARE BEING STABBED AND KILLED ETC FOR THE EXAMPLES OF JEWISH SHE MAKES ON OTHERS. BASICALLY IM STILL ON THIS SUBLET AND THE APARTMENT WAS THE SAME AND THEY NEVER CAME OR BOTHERED TO FIX ANYTHING AND THE PROPERTY MANAGER DIDNT EVEN CARE. DONT RENT FROM THIS LANDLORD. ILL POST PICTURES OF THE DAMAGES THEY NEVER FIX. HOW STUPID FROM YOU TO GIVE ME MUSAR.... SAME FOR YOU... Delays on basic repairs is the usual here. You will get no response until you submit the residential maintenance request directly with 311.
I'm a bit biased, but the JK Management is the best office. We try our hardest to help each tenant and landlord alike. Unfortunately, some issues are beyond our control. One thing for certain, we are not your stereotypical management office. We care for our community and take action for the advancement of the people living in it.
I live in one of their buildings, and I assume mouse died between walls and it's smells so bad in the apartment. So I called and they told me to go and talk to super. Super suggested me to spray febrezzzzz . Basically they won't fix nothing and I have to deal with that. So I decided to hold the rent till everything fixed smh awful management and awful buildings
