We have 5 different clients we are trying to prequal for and have been working on this for months. It seemed that every time we took a step closer to prequal, we took two steps back. I learned of JJ Safety LLC through an acquaintance that I had met last week in a training class who recommended JJ Safety LLC. We signed our agreement with JJ Safety and in less than one week, 4 days to be exact, JJ Safety had us 4 out of 5 green flags with our clients, and one yellow flag. I can't say enough great things about JJ Safety and their professionalism and understanding of the prequalification platform we were applying for. I dealt specifically with Alicia, and she is AWESOME!!! She sounded so happy on the phone this morning when she called to tell me that we had green flags and no other outstanding issues. JJ Safety has taken the worries out of ISN, Avetta, and Cognibox for our company. Debra Watkins is an incredible Account Manager! I highly recommend them.

Experience between my company and JJ has been great. They got our accounts to A ratings quickly and provided source (Word) and PDF files of programs and updates they generated.

Makes our lives that much easier. Sometimes this compliance stuff is hard to navigate but the money we've spent with them for Avetta and ISNET compliance has been worth every penny.

The team at JJ Safety take the hassle out of meeting third part compliance dead lines which sneak up way to quickly. Great to work with and always more than helpful given their experiences with the many different customers and their constantly changing requirements.

Salespeople are rude and call repeatedly even after telling them that you're not interested.

JJ Safety came to my company at a vital time. During the sales process, they always respected my need to call back at a later time as I worked on the decision makers on my end. They diligently checked in with me as promised and happened to call on a day right as I was about ready to lose my mind over new ISN requirements. The constant need to update/provide more info/add new training programs had become overwhelming, which was made all the more frustrating because safety isn't even part of my job description as an account manager - and as an account manager, I know what it means for a company to make its service tangible. JJ Safety has gone above and beyond my expectations and has removed so much of the burden that I accidentally inherited 5 years ago. Dear Safety Directors: Do you want to focus on safety or chase paper required by the multitude of "compliance services" out there? There are a lot of companies that say they can help, and then just charge you money for what you would have done anyway! If you really want help with this paper blizzard, JJ Safety, LLC will do what they say. They have significantly reduced this bureaucratic nightmare for me. Not big on a company that has no safety Credentials I get that they work on a platform but do not agree with calling somebody and talking to them about safety when you do not have a single certification and it is not that hard to run the ISN platform. Call ISN and talk with them before you agree to $3000 ask them about JJ and the complaints.
