We have 5 different clients we are trying to prequal for and have been working on this for months. It seemed that every time we took a step closer to prequal, we took two steps back. JJ Safety came to my company at a vital time. During the sales process, they always respected my need to call back at a later time as I worked on the decision makers on my end. They diligently checked in with me as promised and happened to call on a day right as I was about ready to lose my mind over new ISN requirements. The constant need to update/provide more info/add new training programs had become overwhelming, which was made all the more frustrating because safety isn't even part of my job description as an account manager - and as an account manager, I know what it means for a company to make its service tangible. Dear Safety Directors: Do you want to focus on safety or chase paper required by the multitude of "compliance services" out there? There are a lot of companies that say they can help, and then just charge you money for what you would have done anyway! Not big on a company that has no safety Credentials I get that they work on a platform but do not agree with calling somebody and talking to them about safety when you do not have a single certification and it is not that hard to run the ISN platform. Call ISN and talk with them before you agree to $3000 ask them about JJ and the complaints.
