My company just recently started using JJ Safety LLC to help with ISN. Within 24 hours of speaking with Alicia Hernandez we received a Grade Change Notification thru ISN. The entire staff has been extremely helpful during this process explaining how the TRIR is calculated and what we needed to do to improve.
