Logged off my eld and went home. Come to find out that my wonderful JJ Keller eld in my (PARKED) truck was registering me as driving for the last 9hrs.
So I called in to find out why, and how this could happen. The lady I had the pleasure of speaking with tried to put the blame on me over and over again. I don't see how a truck could be registered as moving, when it's parked. Irregardless of status change, after a few minutes of sitting, the eld should switch to on duty. Kinda sounds like an eld issue to me.

But now I'm in driving violation situation, that'll be on the eld for any official to see for the next 8 days..... Thank JJ Keller

I purchased two "falling ice" signs for a rental property from J.J. Keller last fall. Since my one and only order with them, I have received enough junk mail to destroy a small rain-forest. My requests for it to stop have been ignored.

While I laud this company's efforts to single-handedly keep the USPS afloat through never thought possible volumes of OSHA compliance guidance mailers (which ironically aren't even relevant to my industry), I would avoid doing business with this company like you would avoid the plague. Worst company ever.

Update: I followed owner's instructions below asking to be removed from every single mailing/phone/email list they have and today, about a year later, I RECEIVED ANOTHER MARKETING CALL FROM THEM! THIS COMPANY IS WORSE THAN CHLAMYDIA, AT LEAST YOU CAN GET RID OF THAT.

Ordered 2 dash camera for my trucks. Stopped working after a year and a half. And of course nothing will be done about because it's after the warranty. Over $400 wasted. Will not buy anything from J.J. Keller again. Over priced junk.

100% Rip off for trip permits. Call the state DOT office & bypass these guys, or use a different more reasonable office for this. Their permit fee is more then triple of what the actual permit is, which they don't show when your purchasing.

Terrible. If you enroll in the DOT Audit for your company, watch them closely with Auditor travel expenses. I do not recommend. Rip off - big time! I had to give 1 star as it would not let me proceed without one being clicked.

We have been using Keller for years now for our oversize and overweight permits. They have always charged a higher fee than most other permit companies but we continued to use them because of good service, but within the last 6 months they're service has became terrible. They take hours to call you back, if they do, and then once you get done giving them dimensions and routing. They tell you they are running about 24 hours behind for even getting the permits started. We understand that everyone gets busy but we cannot wait days for permits from states that are auto issue. We have found a new service and will never use jj Keller again.
