This is a repeat visit. Our first visit was amazing. I ordered the seafood bake. The lobster was so light and buttery. The calamari was grand and the service was impeccable. We visited again on Saturday and it was a less than desirable experience. We had a reservation and had to an additional wait of 20 minutes to be seated because the hostess was new. I ordered the seafood bake again this time. The meal was different and it was not indicated on the menu. The lobster is now stuffed , I was not a fan of the stuffing, and was over cooked. The shrimp was good. The service was relatively slow. They weren t crowd and we waited about 35 minutes get our entrees. We will probably return but we were very disappointed with this experience.

We stayed at the Sheraton for the evening and came here for lunch and cocktails the next day. The place had a great atmosphere. Loved being able to see the open kitchen and wood fire pizzas cooking!
We sat at the bar. Our bartenders and everyone else working there, were exceptionally friendly. The service was on time.
I had the steak salad, which was good. My friend had a pizza, which was also good. Honestly, we expected the food to be much better. Portions are really large so it's a trade off, I guess. Perhaps if I'd partaken of more of the great beer selection I'd have enjoyed the food more!

Decent place. Kind of a Italian place yet not. Great service and zinc coated tables. Walls were covered in spots with chalk words of wisdom. I wish I had the fire roasted bruschetta. Try it and let me know

Pleasantly surprised. After staying at the Sheraton and having a bad experience, I wasn t excited about having linch at the adjacent restaurant. So happy we did. Very good!!! Full of southern flavor. Adorable space, bright and airy. The service was fair. Definitely suggest for a quick lunch.

Great restaurant to visit on Fayetteville St smack dab in the middle of down town Raleigh. The food is good and the restaurant is nice and clean. Service was only okay and being surrounded by other great food choices it certainly plays a big part in repeat business. Overall this was a good experience and I d tell anyone to try it but there is room for improvement.

We were treated as if we were a burden from the start. Staff was not friendly or welcoming, and the hostess asked us in annoyed voice if we had a reservation. We HAD reserved a table weeks prior because we were staying at the hotel for Valentine's weekend. We are new to the area and had never visited Downtown Raleigh before. We still waited over 20 minutes to be sat, and the waitresses were so busy that we felt like we were a bother. They were in a rush and seemed flustered the entire time. We were never checked on, and had to keep flagging someone down for things we needed. We aren't going out to eat much these days because of Covid, and this did not feel like a special Valentine's night out. We ordered one of the pizzas. It was ok. Nothing special. Just like our night.
