Aviator Brewing Company Reviews

When staying with some friends in Raleigh, we decided to take a trip to Aviator. The wings were decent, but nothing to write home about. They have a broad selection of their beers, which were pretty good. However, that is where the good stuff ends. In this time of a pandemic and rising numbers in NC, I was SHOCKED to see little mask wearing by the staff. I would say it was less than 50% of the staff wearing masks, including the bartender. Perhaps I will return after the pandemic, but for now, I will stick with businesses that respect and cherish the health of their staff and guests.

During COVID appreciated the responsibility and freedom of the workers to make their own decisions.
Definitely will be continuing my business here again in the near future!

The server MIke was very helpful, courteous, polite, and patient (we had a few questions). The appetizers came out great and way before or meal which was a plus( usually we have to wait then are meal is there right after our appetizer) it was really good. My sister had the Bourbon Burger and I had the other burger even though it was good, I had a taste of my sister's burger and fell in love with it. I took one to go. I loved everything, except I should have asked for less salt on my fries. But that is on me nobody else. I will go here again and recommend it to others. Thank you.

Love this place and all the severs are always very nice and welcoming. We frequent the tap house often and always enjoy the food and service!

People were nice , beers were pretty Dang good. However, bacon in a pint not the move. Also I hope you like seafood because everything, even the pickles taste like seafood

Five stars for the BREWERY. The smokehouse is awful (except for the wings). But the brewery tour is great (highly recommend finding the groupon for that) and Aviator knows how to make great beer--I have never been anything less than happy with what's on tap or what I buy in the store.

On a Wednesday evening, my party and I were quickly seated outside. The server was friendly and quick to take our orders, he brought over waters. We ordered a couple of beer flights, honey brussels sprouts, wings, a burger, and nachos. After waiting for an hour we received the beers. The only decent beer was 'pumpkin' which had a rim filled with cinnamon. The food was served an hour and half after our arrival. All meals were cold, tasteless, and unappetizing. The honey brussels sprouts was the only decent meal. Although the food and beer was off-putting the service was the finishing touch. There was a lack of interaction with the server and our table- I had to check on our order because of the wait time. Even though the atmosphere was enjoyable with the live music, my experience with this establishment was very disappointing.

Was in the area in 2013 and took a brewery tour, got some beer with the tour... Just found them in the basement and they are still good.

Don't remember much but the current line up of beers look good not all pine tar and turpentine (IPA's).
