I've always dreaded going to car dealerships and sales people. I just left Jim Ellis Audi in Marietta and I have to admit that Vince Fabre is amazing!! He was upfront and honest and worked to get me the best deal. I was so pleased with my decision to purchase from Jim Ellis today. This had to be the most relaxed and calm car buying experience that I have ever had. Vince and the staff made my experience feel effortless. I felt like I was meeting up with old friends. The worst service ever and I felt pressured to pay $1772 just to replace alternator on my 2015 Audi Q7 Ron wasn t friendly enough to explain why I was actually charged that much money after keeping my car for a week. And Ron took advantage of my situation the fact that I was on my vacation and didn t have a second choice but to do it. Footnote $961 just a labor. Why disrespecting our men and women who are giving their lives for our freedom? so I am not a military personal and that discount should not apply to me thank but no thanks.

Long story short I dropped my truck off to get a diagnosis and payed 150 dollars. I drove it up there and at the end of the day it was towed back home to me not even starting after I refused to pay 2500 dollars for a timing belt. I belive my truck was purposefully tampered with and Im working on seeing if I can sue these janky con artists. I btrought my vehivle in and got passive agressively extorted and it cost me 150 dollars and my truck. If you get a simple diagnosis I wouldnt get it here.

All Jim Ellis staff seem to be very helpful and wonderful. Like they arent just trying to get you to spend money, but more like a friend who works for the company would treat you. I highly recommend Jim Ellis!
