Today my hairdresser of 35 years retired! Her name is Sue Ronzello. I have extremely enjoyed our relationship and always looked forward to "hairdo days". We have talked about many subjects over the years-some difficult and serious. Some with a laugh or requiring a bit of wit. I always felt at home in the shop where there is an air of friendliness. I will miss my friend Sue! Thank you for the memories. You are quite a girl! I see why Jillian & Company is ranked #1 hairdressing salon in the area. 5 stars Jody Roberts

I love having my hair done here! The whole staff is awesome and I love the way Meg cut and colors my hair! My husband and boys get great cuts from Meg as well! I highly recommend the salon!

Great service and my daughter always loves her hair and the special treatment the staff gives her. I do wish that children's haircuts went up to age 15 instead of 10.....

I recently got my lashes done by Taylor and I can t say enough good things about my experience! She is so talented and exceeded my expectations by far. She explained everything thoroughly and made sure to understand exactly what I wanted before starting. I will definitely be back!! Thanks for the gorgeous lashes Taylor! Cant wait for my next visit!

Everyone at Jillian & Company is wonderful. I see Brianna and she is amazing! I always love my hair and she listens to what I want. It's a very friendly and clean environment. I'm always happy when I leave.

If you want your hair salon to charge a $100 cancellation fee in the middle of a pandemic and DOUBLE charge you by mistake - go to Jillian & co. Not to mention I asked for an inch off and the girl who did my hair took off three. My hair was just past my shoulders and she took it up to my ears. My grandma aid I looked like a little dutch boy.

I will say it's a beautiful salon and maybe it was just Allyson who can't cut hair and will be so negligent with cancellation fees. I switched to salons by JC in West hartford.
