I've given them 2 stars ONLY because they do seem friendly....HOWEVER I've been lied to twice !! Friday I went to fill my prescriptions, I confirmed that they did infact have the medications in stock...I was advised that my prescriptions would be ready Monday morning. I just called at 515 pm to confirm that my prescriptions were ready to pick up... only to be told how sorry they were...but that the medications I need are NOT in stock and now all of a sudden the medications are impossible for them to obtain. I would have never trusted them to keep their word ...I would have NEVER trusted them to do their job !! Of course, they were VERY sorry...but none the less, it doesn't affect them... now I'm left wasting time trying to drive around to find medications that I NEED to take everyday...No pharmacy will tell you if they have medications over the phone for what ever reason !! The time I now have to take to do some thing that they were supposed to have already taken care of...That time...I can never get back !!!!!!!!! I WILL NEVER USE THEM AGAIN....

It seems that the pharmacist at this location doesn't know how to keep his personal opinions and his profession and responsibility thereof separate ! Seems he and my sister had a personality conflict & the pharmacist obviously is still upset about it. My sisters doctors office accidentally faxed her prescriptions to this pharmacy by mistake. I personally called this pharmacy to confirm from the pharmacy assistant that they did in fact receive prescriptions for my sister but they had not been filled. My sister then attempted to have the prescriptions transferred to another pharmacy so she would avoid any further unacceptable verbage from the pharmacist as had happened previously. The other pharmacy just called and advised that the pharmacist at this pharmacy denies having received any prescriptions for my sister. Rather than having any type of confrontation with this pharmacy, I called her drs office to see if the prescriptions could be refaxed to another pharmacy ... Only to learn that the office closes early on Fridays. Now the heart medication that her dr so admittedly stressed she MUST start taking IMMEDIATELY, will have to wait until her drs office opens on Monday ... All of this because the pharmacist cannot remain professional !

My family and I have been coming to this Pharmacy for more than 15 yrs! We moved to Frederick and we still continue to come to this Pharmacy because of their bedside manner and how they go above and beyond to help us and many other patients!!!

The best around I ve been using them for 11 years they help me when all the other pharmacies have complications they always come through at Jessup family care pharmacy

Their new cashier or clerk Teresa is rude and aggressive. She yelled at me in front of the pharmacist(John) about not helping. I never wanted her to help me but she wanted to me be sure that I heard her from the back!! Very obnoxious as she continued to be aggressive and loud. This place was a family atmosphere place to go until they started hiring people with no people skills. Dean and Sam are Wonderful but honestly after 10yrs of going there..it s sad that I have to take my business somewhere else. Patients pay $$$ for medications and to treat patients with that kind of attitude was just a shock... Definitely churned my stomach..

Having had HORRIBLE service in the past, I went against my better judgment when a friend suggested I give this pharmacy another opportunity...As I entered today and seemed to have been greeted with hostility from the pharmacist, who is SUPPOSED to be professional right ... Not so much...I have never been spoken to so poorly as a customer...I will forever go with my gut feeling about an establishment...and I will not let someone else cause me to second guess that judgment of an establishment. THE WORST SERVICE I'VE EVER RECD IN ALL MY 50 YEARS OF LIFE !!!

Pharmacist Stephen is very unprofessional and gets very personal with you, questioning personal things he has no business getting into. He had a very argumentative tone and made me feel very uncomfortable. Almost bully-like.

update based on pharmacy response that there is no one named Stephen that works there. That has me even more unhappy as I'm curious if once he knew I was unhappy and asked for his name, that he must have given me a false name.

It looks like they have shut down for good due to financial difficulties. I am sad because this was my favorite pharmacy and they had great staff- my experiences there always felt personalized and they made me feel comfortable. All of their prescriptions have been transferred to the nearby CVS.

I ve been coming here for several years now and have had nothing but great experiences. The staff is always happy to help and answer question and you get your prescriptions faster than any big box pharmacy. Highly recommend!

Wonderful staff, great attitude, quick service, always informed and willing to go the extra step if needed. Honestly treat each customer with respect and dignity.
