Mr. Greenway needs to stop running his commercial stating 30 minutes or less. Today was my 3 rd. time to call this company and for the 3rd. time I was told they couldn’t help me till the next day. I understand if a company is booked and I’m happy for them. But don’t advertise that you can help someone in 30 minutes if you can’t.

We had plumbing work done. Caleb was the service man. He was super. He is very knowledgeable and friendly. He told us every thing he was doing and needed to be done. Very professional. Great job!
I was having problems with my water heater, Dustin came out and fixed it no problem! He was very personable, professional, on time and explained everything to me rather than just coming in, working and leaving. I recommend everyone ask for Dustin for any plumbing issues, i'll never allow anyone else now!
Please use another company. They have bad business practices. I was charged an additional 100.00 to get someone to come out maintenance my ac unit. I was told they could come out the following day by one associate then the manager told me that it would cost 100.00 to come out. However I have a home warranty and they told me it would have to be scheduled a week later bc I had a home warranty. Not to mention they didn't fix the problem right the first time. They were not on time when the came the first time. I will never use this company again. I would advice anyone to find another company.
I used this service for plumbing, my faucet was leaking. They sent Dustin over to fix it, and he did a great job. I would definitely call him for any other issues that may come up.
We had Kevin here for an AC tune up and check. He was very professional and thorough. We recently move in to the house, and he spent extra time showing us the system and answering our questions.
I was having issues with my toilet so they sent out their plumber Dustin. He was on time, professional, and very knowledgeable. He answered all of my questions and left me with a working toilet. Can't say enough about the service he provided! I am a very happy customer! I will be asking for him specifically if I have any future plumbing issues.
On Friday, 9 December, we woke up to a cold house; during the night our heater had shut off. No power to the thermostat so I went and checked the circuit breakers on the air handler and I saw the 60 amp breaker was tripped. Reset it, and heat came back on only to trip the breaker again after a few minutes. Called AHS who put in a work order with Greenway. Greenway initially told me they couldn t be there till Monday so I called AHS back and they elevated my ticket due to the extreme temps. Greenway said they couldn t come till Saturday and since it was freezing in the house, we called a local company, hoping it was something simple. The other company came out and determined I had a bad 60 amp breaker, and told me because my unit's manufacturer had gone out of business around 2004, it would be hard to find that breaker. He disabled one of the heater coils so the unit would at least give us some heat without tripping the breaker. I called Greenway and told them exactly what the other tech had found and what he said about the breaker; they assured me they had most circuit breakers on their trucks, no problem. Saturday morning (10 Dec) the Greenway tech shows up with absolutely no clue as to what was going on. I told him what the other company had troubleshot the problem too and also told him I had already spoken to someone at Greenway the day before so she should have known what was wrong. He got in his van, made a phone call and then came back and told me they were going to schedule me to get my air handler rewired and a new circuit breaker put in. Monday morning, I took pictures of the air handler and the 60 amp breaker, called Greenway and talked to someone, and once more explained what had gone on so far. I told her I had pics of the air handler and circuit breaker and she gave me an email to send the pics to, which I did right away. 5 minutes later, she called me back and said she has shown the pics to her parts department and they said they had that breaker available, and another appointment was scheduled for Wednesday, 14 Dec. I took a day off work to be home, and when the tech showed up, he took a look at the circuit breaker and told me he didn t carry that type on the truck. While I was standing there, he called Greenway back, and told them what type breaker I needed, and told them to put me as his first appointment for Saturday, 17 Dec. Come Saturday, around 9:30, I called greenway to ask where their guy was and I was told he was working another job near me and I was next, and they had no clue about me being the first appointment of the day. Around 11, a totally different guy showed up and this new tech also didn t have the correct circuit breaker. He told me they would order the correct one this time. I was not a happy customer and called AHS to file a formal complaint against Greenway. During the call, Greenway told them a lie, that one of their previous techs had rewired my air handler. None of their techs had done any maintenance on it all up to this point. On Friday, 23 Dec, yet another tech came out from Greenway with what was supposed to be the correct circuit breaker. As soon as he took it out, I could see it was way different than the one in the air handler. He took the old one off, wired the new one up, and tried for 15 minutes to make it fit into the existing bracket without success. He then asked me what I wanted to do, and told me if he had a long screw, he could at least get it sort of secured on the bracket. I told him nope, it wasn t the correct breaker, and with high voltages, I wasn t going to let anyone jury rig a circuit breaker and risk a house fire. So now I called AHS again and they are doing a customer relations report, and I have to wait again to find out if and when my air handler will be repaired. In the meantime, my heater is having to work twice as hard and long to heat the house, which means a much higher electric bill for this entire month. Attached are pics of the 2 circuit breakers, in each pic the original is on the bottom.
Greenway diagnosed and repaired my Samsung refrigerator drainage problem. Darrell and Nathan were professional and courteous, knowledgeable and prompt. I appreciated the courtesy calls to let me know when they would arrive and how to prepare for the repair. Highly recommend.
UPDATE: I really spoke too soon. About 10 days after the repair, I came home to my upstairs at 90 degrees and no longer cooling. Not saying that is their fault as I'm no expert, but I've been trying to reach out to Greenway via email, phone, text etc for 3 days with no response. Sad that I paid for their services only for them to completely ignore my requests for a follow-up. 0/10 on customer service.
***Below posted 5/13*** I used Greenway in 2019 when my home warranty contracted them to repair my HVAC. Used them again today in 2021 and coincidentally had the same technician, Jacob come out and repaired a refrigerant leak in a timely manner! 10/10 would recommend!!!
