I recently purchased my beautiful granite counter tops here. He was very knowledgeable about what color size and how to fit my deep sink. The installation was very clean, quick and very professional. BEST granite installer in Westlake, Oh. He was on time for installation which went very smooth and more then happy with how my granite kitchen counters look. They cleaned up after the granite counters were installed as is they were not here. I would recommend Jesri Stone to anyone that needs granite counters. VERY HAPPY!!!

Jesri Stone was a pleasure to deal with. First off, they were the only company out of three that was honest with me when getting a quote for kitchen countertops. The other two company's said they needed two slabs of granite to make my kitchen work and nearly double the price of Jesri stone. Roubir made sure to come out to my house and double check to make sure one slab will work and he confirmed it would. I'm not an easy person at all to please as I nit pick everything and extreamly picky, but when Roubir left the house after it was compleated I had nothing but a smile on my face. The quality of work done was outstanding, better then anything I could have imagined. The 3 men team that it took to install the countertops was extreamly professional and cared about the quality of work they were doing. I have not one bad thing to say about Jesri stone. Even dealing with Becky the front desk lady was a pleasure to deal with as she always took time to take care of anything I needed to ask over the phone. This is one of the best company's I've had the pleasure to deal with by far. Honest, professional, and true work of art they do. Thanks for everything!

The team at Jesri Stone are true craftsmen. They did an excellent job of making and installing our granite countertops. First, nice enough people... but led me down a path that cost me a lot of money. I put in a fire pit on my patio. I wanted a top that would really make it stand out. So I went to them to talk about a granite top. I asked them specifically ... can the granite handle the heat???? They said.. sure... no problem. WE DO IT ALL THE TIME! Well.. the pit was put in and they installed the top. It cracked right away on the first use! I called them up and to their credit, they got right back to me. However, they then told me that in order to put in granite, I had to modify my pit! They never said this to start. They then called a "expert" (funny how they said they did this all the time but the had to call a expert") and they told them that I had to install a 1/4 inch steel liner in this pit! That also protected the granite edge! On top of that, I had to purchase a ceramic blanket to go under the granite! That cost me an additional $800.00!!!!! Not once did they say they needed this. Well, he replaced the top for me at his cost. (which he insists he lost $1,200 on the job!!! which was BS). Put on the blanket which you could see under the granite now.. which I will have to trim to cover. More costs there... So was put back in EXACTLY as they told me to do. It cracked again!!!!! first use!!!! So, overall this project cost me double what he had said in the start! On top of that, I have to now replace my top again... with something that will work. I have sent him information on it being messed up again... no reply. In all, I doubt he will just give me the money back as none of this was my fault! I spent $1,200 on this granite... and then an additional $1,000.00 doing extras to the pit for this all to work all after the first failure that was their fault. I could of installed a kick as gas firepit for what this has cost me. Well, next time I will go with my gut... my gut told me that granite would not work... I was right and the "experts" were wrong.

We needed a granite top for a dresser and found Jersi stone. From the minute that we place the order, we were impressed. The turnaround time was excellent and the customer service was superb. We just picked up and it is better then we could have imagined. Owning a construction company, we have seen some pretty crappy granite jobs. And we have always been leery to refer anybody out. But, after this experience We will definitely be using them again in the future for projects.
