I had extensive implant work over the past year. I have had incredible care and the best of results from the work of Dr Shaw, his team and his referral specialists. I am very pleased with my new teeth and highly recommend this dental practice. Very professional with the latest of technology.

Very big disappointment.
I have been going to jervois dental for 6 years and had a lot of work done over the years. Until the last year, when everything changed : The dentist had no time for me, the sessions were very short. He advised me to put a crown on a tooth which didn t need one, failed to inform me about serious bone loss which was visible on XRays and saw a crack in root which didn t have any.
Reporting my worries to the reception desk made it worse. I was wrong whatever I was saying and it was implied that the dentist was above any reproaches. I had spent a lot of money over the years and I was really shocked the way I was treated and given no customer care at all.
You need to spend at least 20 000 dollars to have some attention in this place.
Graham is good at putting expensive crowns and won t have time for cheaper treatment. Shame.

Absolutely the best experience I have ever had at a dentist - and that coming from someone who has always been terrified of seeing the dentist even just for an examination! I had two wisdom teeth extracted along with a filling and thanks to the sedation option offered at Jervois Dental it was a walk in the park - I was relaxed and didn't feel a thing (in fact I think I might have told Graham about 1,000 times that I couldn't believe how quick and painless it was!) Recovery has been an absolute breeze and the lovey team even checked up on me multiple times to make sure I was doing okay. Cannot recommend Jervois Dental enough.

I am so pleased I changed to Jervois Dental. The whole team could not look after me with more care. At my previous dentist I was tired of seeing a new person every year and becoming apprehensive about what was going to happen, and consequently postponing treatment. Absolutely impeccable service - 4 wisdom teeth out by the amazing Graham. I was very anxious pre appointment and both the receptionist, nurse and dentist were efficient, super knowledgeable, made you feel at ease and very compassionate. Best dental experience ever - thank you so much !
After having a crown replaced due to breakage, Graham checked my bite which required adjustment as some teeth had high points placing strain on them and others. He removed the high points and my mouth feels more relaxed. I now chew my food properly l and enjoy it more.
