Worst experience ever. Spent 2 and a half hours to finance a car a the salesman Roberto told me everything was fine that he was going to call me on the following day to give me a status on the application. No one called me so I decided to call and ask if everything was fine and again nobody could help me. If you re looking to buy a car take your business to a more serious dealership because Chevrolet of Jersey City is not even capable of calling a customer for a follow up.

Just bought a brand new 2015 Camaro RS from Chevy ...

Just bought a brand new 2015 Camaro RS from Chevy of JC! Had nothing but a great and seamless experience! The salesman Will Howard helped me and explained every step thoroughly! could have been in it in one day save for the fact that it was at there sister showroom! I received a more than fair price on my trade in and great incentives. I highly recommend this dealer to purchase your next vehicle, new or used! Thank you once again to the staff of Chevrolet of JC and specifically Will and the sales manager Bader, thanks for your help and love the car!!!!!

My father has bought his cars from Chevy of Jersey...

My father has bought his cars from Chevy of Jersey City in the past and when it came time to get one of my own, he recommended I go there. The two of us went and dealt with a very well informed sales person in Luis. From beginning to end he was nothing but patient, kind and extremely helpful. I want to detail my experience so that people know what the process was like. The finance manager, Bader, sat with me and explained what he would be doing to start the process of getting me a loan and stated that he would return with several options. Before he left to his work station he asked me how I felt about a Chevy Malibu. To be honest, I had always seen the Chevy Malibu as a car for elderly folk....and I mean elderly. So when Luis showed me to the 2016 Chevy Malibu and began listing all of it's features and capabilities my opinion changed immediately. The new design on this car is sleek, modern and very attractive. You wouldn't think you were in a Chevy if it wasn't for that big, gold logo in your face. I knew that there was a chance that I wouldn't be approved for a loan so I was hesitant to test drive the car in fear that I would fall in love, but it was too late, I was already sold on the vehicle. Taking the car for a spin was a bit of a challenge as I have grown used to driving smaller sedans and this model, although very modern, still felt like a boat. Once I adjusted the seat, the steering wheel (telescopic) and my mirrors it took only a few minutes to really feel the quality of the vehicle. Once back at the dealership I was told that I was approved for a loan and we began the paperwork process. When I met with the finance director he explained the loan information in detail and did not move forward until he was clear that I understood everything he said. I only had $1,000 to put down on the vehicle but the dealership gave me a rebate of $2,500! My father and I did not see any advertisements for sales when we walked in so this came as a bit of a surprise to me and had it not been for that rebate, I don't think I would've been able to drive off the lot with a brand new car. The finance director was able to get me great warranties that covered bumper to bumper, tires, paint and even spills on the interior of my car! After I signed all of my paperwork he told me to see Luis to set up an appointment for a remote starter! I did not expect that at all and it was a testament to their commitment to new and current clients. I would recommend anyone to go there and ask for Luis! Thanks for everything, guys!

Had to come in to buy the parts needed to fix my c...

Had to come in to buy the parts needed to fix my car, so while I was there I went ahead and scheduled the appointment to have it fixed (based on diagnosis and quote from another GM dealership that couldn't get me in) and serviced. Upon picking my car up, he told me what I owed and that they tried to do about half of what the other dealership quoted. In reality, after paying for my parts (which the quote included), and then the 'half' I was to pay, would turn out to be more than the original quote. I asked if this included the servicing of my car, but I was informed no service was performed. He tried to blame my husband when he called to see if they had availability, but made no appointment. The appointment was made in person by me, and I certainly mentioned needing it done. In any case, he didn't offer to remedy the situation. While waiting for my car to be brought up I went back in to ask if there was time, and yep, they can do it in about 40 minutes. Took about the estimated time and wasn't presented with a bill for the service. On the way home I noticed two small cracks on the bottom of my windshield that were new. Not happy.

I had an appointment for a simple oil change and wiper blade replacement at 1:30pm. My car didn't START getting worked on until about 3:30pm. Way too slow. I could have had the same service at many other service centers at least 4 times in that same time span. Will not be going back for service at JC Chevy.

This is probably become my favorite dealership in town!!is you re going to buy ur car this is the place to do it.
The service is prompt and great just as their cars, Our dealer man Amer was just excellent and able to give us some great guidance and was specially helpful.
Everything I ve told was true and then some !! Obviously I would recommend this dealership to everyone looking for their dream car and Amer is the one to ask for !! He is nice, kind, and honest ..
Every time I go for service or repair they re always ready for me on time even if I m late they get all I m asking for done in not time thank you Chevrolet

Had a great experience with leasing my car!! Nelson definitely kept his promise!!! I wasn't sure I was going to get approved but he did everything he could to reassure me that I would drive out of there with a vehicle, which I did!!! I really do appreciate all his hard work!!!! I love my Chevy Trax!!! Thanks again Chevy & of course Nelson!!!

First of, I must say that the way ibas approached ...

First of, I must say that the way ibas approached by the salesman Jayden was amazing. He walked me around the store and showed me the vehicle I asked for. Over all the service was great and the manager Joel was pleasant and respectful, never pushing. I Will recommend anyone that wants a vehicle to go to Chevy jersey city and see the ask for Jayden the salesman and Joel the manager.

About time this dealership got my review.....leased a 2017 Traverse this past August and could not have gotten a better deal anywhere else, had everything I needed, worked with Roberto and Mena and they were both great. Even got out of my Equinox 9 months early and got an amazing deal this Traverse absolutely love it no complaints ! Thanks Chevy of Jersey City!

Called to set appointment, stated all I needed done, got there the next day and was told they couldn't get to most of it unless the kept my truck for two to three days. I explained that I was leaving town that day which I had already explained to appointment setter. Went to pick up truck and had to wait 45 min for them to calm insurance and get billing figured out which should have been done prior to my arrival to get truck

Both times I have been there they have been very f...

Both times I have been there they have been very friendly! However both times I have got an oil change I ask then not to top off the windshield wiper fluid both times they didn t listen. One time I even put a brand new jug of windshield wiper fluid that I purchased and wanted in my car on my drivers seat to drop the hint either don t top it off or use this in addition to stating it to two different people. To no avail. I will likely continue to go back but will make sure to top off my windshield wiper fluid before I go.
