I didn't have a lot of hope into getting into a vehicle. I had been very discouraged every where else I went. Darrell Marriott set me up with pre-owned sales person Ines Zac. She was absolutely amazing. It was like she could read my thoughts and concerns. The entire staff was excellent. These two made a wonderful team and will definitely get my repeat business. I will brag on both of them to everyone I know. This vehicle is a second chance for me. It is hope. It shows that there are still good people in this world. These two will never know exactly how much their kindness and support means to me. Due to the fact I live a good distance from the dealership. Both worked very hard to get me in the right vehicle for me.

I've bought and owned Toyotas from Durant since 2007 and have had very good experiences with them. Everything is well-cleaned to spotless, service is 98% great, maintenance reminders are very thorough. My only complaint is the relatively short time service managers actually stay there. Just when you feel you've achieved a comfortable familiarity with one, they move on. Not sure why that happens.

Stephanie White - Hurd, Bob Cote, Robert Leet and Diana Ortiz made our car buying experience the best! Stephanie was very hands on and showed us every vehicle we wanted to look at! Bob was so wonderful about explaining the different buying and leasing options! Robert made the financing process so easy and Diana made sure we were all set and ready to go with our new car and knew all about the bells and whistles!!

I have bought almost every vehicle I've ever owned from Jerry's & I've always had a great experience. My last salesman Michael was awesome, he went out of his way to help me find what I was looking for & has called a couple of times to make sure that I'm still pleased with my truck. He was on top of anything I needed through the entire process. From the time I picked out the truck I wanted to the time I drove it off of the lot was less than 3 hours so I didn't have to sit at the dealership all day or for several days trying to buy a vehicle. I will continue to do business with Jerry's for years to come.

Pretty disappointed with this dealership. I bought a car there 6 years later tried to trade it in. They offered me 1500 less than a total different make of vehicle. Sent both son's there to buy new vehicles. One bought they gave him a good deal. It is hit and miss here. They have a real nice dealership. Very modern and clean.

I bought a Suburban from here. Salesman was fine, no problems. Every time I have bought a vehicle I have been called in to get my plates and have them put on my vehicle. I received mine in the mail, this time and the front end is angled, so it requires a license plate holder. They made me buy it from them and wanted me to schedule an appointment that I would also have to pay for, to have it put on. Congratulations, $33.48, the amount I spent making my new vehicle legal, in the state I bought it from, from a company based in that same state, just cost any future business you would have received from my family.

Great customer service. Went in for a problem with my electrical system, and within a half hour all checks were made. They did not even charge me. No way a person can complain about that.

I went here to purchase a vehicle after months of research on the internet. On December 10th, While face to face the interaction was wonderful. Salesman did great and had a wonderful experience even with the general manager. However, when I walked out the door after the purchase, the results have been much less than stellar. I have called several times and have received no results not even a return call. I have also reached out to the salesman on his personal cell phone and received a affirmation of things being taken care of to no avail. I am 2 hours away from the dealer of would frequently visit in hopes of better "after the sale" service. And if you are wondering why I have not called or gone there in person I guess I am just not a person who thinks I should have to beg for customer service after spending 40k+ on a vehicle.

DO NOT BUY HERE!!! I wish I had read all the reviews. We were screwed just like everyone else! How does a $10,500 car end up costing $20,000??? We made an agreement of $10,500 and were shown the estimated taxes and fees. Then finance finds a ways to just tag those taxes and fees to the cost of the car, then we get taxed again?!?! Be aware of their "shottenkirk care". We did not agree to that! Finance says he'll throw it in for free! Nope we were charged anyway! Please go elsewhere. Do not buy here!

Very disappointed after they make business with me and after I recommend my brother and they made money out of hem.

Went there on Saturday February 4th 2017 around 1:00pm with the sales mean Mr.Lester Razo to trade the Toyota Camry that I bought last year with Lester and the Financial guy that was there at that moment sold me telling me that I could trade this year,and we test drove a couple of Suv's we liked one but we couldn't because of the high payment that Lester told us that would the vehicle will have,so we seen another vehicle that the had on the Hyundai car lot next door that Jerry's owne we drove it we like it.
Mr.Lester Razo told us that at that time the credit union was close and he will call us back on Monday the 6, he never did after I try to call hem around 4 times he texted me saying that the deal was not possible.
I send mr.Lester a text back saying to call me back when he had a chance so he can explain to me what append and see what other options we had,he never did.
Next day on Tuesday I call hem again 3 times he never answered the call until I call hem later that day from a different phone number he told me around 11 am on that Tuesday that he had a client that he will call me soon has he was done to talk to the financial guy to have info. He never did around 5 or 6 that day call hem from a different number again he answered and told me that he was supposedly on the last part with the clients (wow it took hem 6 hrs) he did not call me again (very frustrating and disappointed from hem)
So I call the Sales Manager Mr.Mike Ross he returned my call about a day and half after talk to me He said the same that he was going to see how he could find out and help me. Wow and quest what again it's been about a week and I haven't received a call from hem either.
This it's a complete disappointment especially when they make over $46,000 thousand dollars from me and my brother last year. Make me fell like a client that if you can take the advantage of making money fast and have a good sale you will pretend that you are on your best interest of helping other wise you're staff I quest don't care of that business.

Far from experts at the Granbury location. Took my Buick to get the turn signal fixed. When they were done with it, it cost me 650 dollars. Drove it home it had the same problem, it would not cancel. Took it back several times and they pushed me on down the highway. I would not suggest taking your car or truck there
