Been doing business with Durant dealerships f for about 20 years. We have bought not less than seven cars from them in that time. Service department is great, which is the only reason we stay with them. With a couple of notable exceptions, my experience with the sales department is abysmal. Expect for them to care nothing at all for you the minute you sign the papers. Most recently I caught Shawn (the salesman, not the sales manager, in flat-footed lies TWICE. The worst thing is that he had no reason at all to lie to me the first time. He could have simply told me the truth and I would have been happy with the circumstances he looked about. Years ago, I bought a used car from them, only to get home and find that the odometer had rolled over when I checked CarFax. I had specifically asked about the low mileage and was told the "an old couple had it and pretty much only drive it to the store" story. They did refund my money with no problem, but if I hadn't checked, I would have had a car with 136k miles when they told me it was 36k.

I have purchased 6 vehicles from Jerry's in Weatherford Texas. Rick Mitchell has been the sale man for all of them. I consider myself lucky to have him for a friend. I also take my vehicles there for servicing. Which gives me a chance to visit with another friend I made at Jerry's, Josh Martin is my go to guy for anything vehicle wise. Even if it's for another vehicle his knowledge about automobiles if any kind is invaluable. I consider myself lucky to have these folks as friends.
They mechanic shop in the rear of the building along with the detail shop need to contain their trash better. Also if they could learn how to turn off car alarms quicker than 37 minutes that would be nice.

Worst car buying experience ever!!!! Will NEVER do business with them again! And I will tell everyone I know to do business elsewhere! Bought a car in February, less than a week later it had to be in the shop to replace the timing chain. They lost track of the repair order and they had my new car for 3 weeks! Then less than two months after the first repair the transmission went out, another 2 weeks in the shop. Finally got the car back and three weeks later the check engine light came on again, this time its an emissions issue (based on the code) and of course that's not covered under the warranty. All of this on top of the fact that all of the features listed when I bought the car do not work (heated seats, remote start)! Good luck getting anyone in the service department to help you unless you just walk in and force them to deal with you face to face. No one returns phone calls or answers the phone. Take my advice stay away from this dealership!

Horrible customer service tried to have a conversation with the GM who once he didn t like what I had to say had phone issues and I was disconnected. Never received a call back tried to reach out via email direct link was old out of use email. Tried to email via main store email asking for him to contact me back never heard anything back. Very unprofessional people and from my dealings with them not very honest I recommend shopping for your truck needs elsewhere

Came here for oil change at the beginig of this month after waiting for 3 hours u got my truck back and everything seemed fine then last couple days past and my change oil light keeps Comeing on so I look at the oil its looks dirty and then the oil filter i put on it myself last time. Was still on it very very bad then also i just had my truck detailed before i took it in and when they have it back it had oily hand prints all over it not cool won't do business with then anymore now I got to pay to get my oil changed again

When they say they will pay off your trade in by a certain date and they don't and you have to make another payment to protect your credit. That doesnt even deserve 1 star. Never again.

Spent over $80,000 on a pre owned vehicle at Jerry's in Weatherford and CANNOT get a sales manager, general sales manager or anyone with authority to return my calls or emails regarding a minor dent repair that they agreed to cover. Worst dealership I've ever dealt with and absolutely no after sale customer service. Everyone is great until you take delivery. After that, good luck getting anyone to respond to you. I'll find out how to get to the Owner or top guy in their Corporate Office. Do yourself a favor, buy elsewhere!!!

Sold a 3 year service contract on a new car - with a 3 year factory warranty for $1700. When asked to change it to another plan, me paying no the difference in cost, refused. Greedy with zero ethics. Do not do business with crooks like them.

I have financed over 10 vehicles in the past 12 years, and never have I been more satisfied. I have never seen a team work together like Timothy Wyden, Mike Waitkus, Robert Leet, and the rest of the dealership. The went above and beyond my expectations. Timothy was an excellent salesman very knowledgeable and friendly. Their was no push to buy or into a certain vehicle I got exactly what I went in looking for. I'm a 1st time buyer from Jerry's Chevrolet Cadillac Buick GMC, and will be a return customer from now on. Mike Waitkus was just as great making me feel at home, and made me feel like I was buying for a company fleet even thou it was only one vehicle. Robert Leet made the financing fast and easy as well stands out from other companies finance people which usually don't say more than 10 words thru out the process Robert was very friendly, and informed me about my options!!! I have not felt SO VERY comfortable buying a vehicle ever be for.
