Jeremy Higginbotham State Farm Insurance Review

They have a habit of taking money out of your account without permission at Jeremy Higginbotham location in Lawrenceville, GA. They took almost 600.00 out of my son's account which they did refund back to him. 2 weeks later they took over 200.00 out of my account which they denied the refund. I didn't owe the amount they took out and my monthly premium had just drop down to under a 100.00 a month and they took more than double, which was part of my rent money. I waited for over a week for someone to get back to me regarding my refund and I had to call them just to be told that they denied my refund. To take what is owed is one thing but to take more is fraudulent activity. So be careful setting up automatic payments with them. I'm not rich and I live from check to check in order to survive. They have no remorse for what they did!!!

Everything was perfect until they hired on a new staff. My insurance is all over the place now. My insurance is canceled on one car. Money is coming out of my account and I have no idea how much goes to what. I'm leaving Statefarm all together. After telling Jeremy, no one took fault and it was never fixed. Every car life and renters policybi have with them will be transferred to new companies immediately.

Do not even consider this agent. Just go somewhere else. They care nothing about you and just want your premiums. I was charged premiums for 6 months for a vehicle I didn't own due to their error. I got back 1 month and they said that was the best they could do. When you call to tell them anything, they just sound annoyed you are bothering them. There are other agents, move on.

My dad dropped by State Farm and met with him. I'm usually always with my dad because people tend to have a hard time understanding him due to his accent, however, I'm proud to say he's an extraordinary english speaker. Mitchell has helped my dad so much and when he came home to tell me about it he could not stop saying such positive things about him! He truly helped him, broke things down for him and explained things in depth. My dad was extremely happy and had such a great experience. We also got a great quote so I'm pretty much happy as well.
