I was in need of new car insurance, but was totally unaware of exactly what coverage I needed. I went in to see Jeremy, and he explained to me different coverages with reasonable prices- MUCH cheaper than Progressive (who I was insured with). Not only that, but the people in the office are so friendly, and it's good to have an agent you can see face to face instead of just over the phone. I went into the office recently for a few questions about my policy and to pick up a check for an expensive tow I needed. The staff was very welcoming, friendly, and helpful with my questions. "Faceless" customer service over the phone is such a drag. I super appreciate good customer service and the ability to stop in the office as needed!
I worked with State Farm last year and engaged the staff once again this past week. Friendliness, resolution to questions and concerns, timely review of options were all A++. Hope to work with them again in the near future.
Switched coverage to State Farm with Jeremy's office 2 years ago. Paid in full in the office however they did not get it applied to my account. They sent a bill to my mortgage company, and received double payment. Still did not get applied to my account. Spent over two weeks dealing with this and Jeremy was totally uninterested in assisting. Just now moved coverage to Allstate. At that point Jeremy actually wrote me trying to keep business. Informed him directly I would not be renewing the policy. He wrote back said cancellation notices would be sent. He did not cancel. My mortgage company sent State Farm a payment, and I just spent two weeks again getting the refund processed. He is a salesman. Nothing else. I may switch back to State Farm down the road, but will never use his office again.
It is a pleasure working with Jeremy and his team. They are always there informative, pleasant, and willing to take care of their customers. It is a fun office, and I highly recommend them!

Ashley initially started my policy, very friendly until I needed a jump which was covered under my policy. I called for road service and my policy couldn't be found, although I had my temp cards and first payment was made. I asked, am I insured? Sure you are, I was told,, then why no road service? Then I bought a new car asked Ashley to cancel my old car off policy, which I continued to get billed for. , and charged toy account for a car I no longer owned. Many calls to attempt to have this straightened out. Left many messages for Ashley to call me, which she eventually did. Once I requested my policy to be transferred back to State Farm agent Tim Good, who I should have stayed with. I have yet to reciebe a credit for incorrect billing. Reimbursement for monies paid for a baterry jump, which is under my policy. Never, ever had these issues with my old state farm agent. I only switched to Faulkner from a mail circulalr,from Ashley indicating cheaper rates.and better. Options. What a nightmare.
I have been very happy with the high level of professionalism and service. Whenever I walk into the office I am always greeted with a smile and whatever I need is always taken care of effortlessly. It's a pleasure doing business with State Farm.
