Ashley initially started my policy, very friendly until I needed a jump which was covered under my policy. I called for road service and my policy couldn't be found, although I had my temp cards and first payment was made. I asked, am I insured? Sure you are, I was told,, then why no road service? Then I bought a new car asked Ashley to cancel my old car off policy, which I continued to get billed for. , and charged toy account for a car I no longer owned. Many calls to attempt to have this straightened out. Left many messages for Ashley to call me, which she eventually did. Once I requested my policy to be transferred back to State Farm agent Tim Good, who I should have stayed with. I have yet to reciebe a credit for incorrect billing. Reimbursement for monies paid for a baterry jump, which is under my policy. Never, ever had these issues with my old state farm agent. I only switched to Faulkner from a mail circulalr,from Ashley indicating cheaper rates.and better. Options. What a nightmare.
