Its a nice place to go walking and play in the arcades and take a chance on the game stands along the boardwalk. Maybe get something to eat and dont forget to try the kohrs orange and vanilla gelato cone, outrageous. You can walk all the way to the inlet and watch the boat traffic. Or take a walk on the beach and feel the sand on your toes and take in the beautiful, refreshing ocean breeze. You can stop at Martels to eat and get a drink and listen to the band, there is a big bar there too. There's a little something for everyone. There are souvenir stores, clothing, The Sunglass Hut which sells pretty high quality sunglasses like Maui Jims and many other imported items, name brand flip flops etc. there is an aquarium, check days and times for the aquarium, a few rides mostly for younger children. They actually have a train that is real cute, makes all the train sounds, kids and parents, anyone can go on it. Have fun.

Love this place. This place has a variety of rides, restaurants and games. The boardwalk is very nice . It is also a great place to entertain your little ones.

Social Distancing and capacity was well maintained. But rides are not cleaned after each ride so carry your disinfectant wipes and just quickly clean it out before seating. Kids enjoyed the evening to the fullest.

Way too pricey. Drive a bit south to Ocean City, md..

Good selection of rides, but be prepared to pay to ride any. Food vendors are also pricey.

All of the bars are great. Their is always a drink special and during the week their are food specials. So spending a day at the beach is a little cheaper during the week. Currently im here on a Monday. Theirs a Mexican special at the bar were at. $2 tacos and $2.5 bud lights! An absolutely awesome time for the beach!!!!

It's nice for a day esp in the off season. It's a little packed with tourists most of the summer.

Jenks has been my go to spot for year, but lately it hasnt been the same. It's not maintained and you dont get that sense of cleanliness. The beaches are full of garbage and cigarette butts. This boardwalk is catering to the younger college drinking crowd. Definitely no longer for families

This place is always a lot of fun, especially during the summer. There are a lot of arcades and games as well as access to the beach (which is not free). The parking is also kind of a nightmare so be prepared to be looking around for a while.

Designed to take your money. $31.50 for an everything pizza (actually 5 toppings mostly vegetables) seems a little steep. At $3.00 an hour for street parking seemed reasonable. Probably seems reasonable because I was in NYC last week and it cost $28.00 to park for an hour on a Sunday. The beach must have had a lot of sand pumped on to it because there is about a three food drop just before the water. Did not see that Veterans got any break to get on the beach. Looks like they pay full price like everyone else. For comparison Belmar beaches are free for Veterans.

Great place to spend the day at the beach. They allowed coolers and water bottles. Great for families.

Always a great time, good food, great games, take time out for the aquarium. Awesome place for kids.

Great! The parking is so bad during the summer and the only 2 problems were food is overly expensive & after a while you might get bored you know. But I like as you go towards the back it costs more tickets & it is really meant for older kids. Once you cross the train track, it's not meant for anyone 5 or younger but great staff and excellent place to be . Love that u can bring your own food!!

Very hard to find parking but always crowded and very entertaining Boardwalk.

Nice and clean beach, good place to visit with family. Especially kids can enjoy plenty of rides and adults can enjoy boardwalk along with beach.

Went on a road trip with family happen.to go on a hot Saturday and beach was just like the pictures boardwalk was nice and also was the beach clean fun and clear water was kind of superised i felt like i was not in NJ that Downside i would say very pricey $$$ it did mention it parking was $30 so we did not park in the private lot you can find parking on the side road may be far on packed days.but you can unload car in the front if you can also there is a beach entryway i paid $19 for one adult and 3 kids. And we did not do food there i brought my own food being that it over pricey and we did not do the full boardwalk.or get on rides or played games im sure that would have been.more $$ but if you want to enjoy everything they have with the kids bring $$$ overall i had a good time.

first time there it was so fun and beautiful and exciting the only thing that sucked as the price of going onto the beach was a little outrageous i guess i understand the price of upkeep for the beach but still

Nice beach. Gets very crowded during summer. Waves are rough and water is usually quite cold in june-july. Has a decent boardwalk with food stalls. Parking is a pain.

Pleasant place to visit! The sand was clean and the water! The boardwalk was very entertaining for the children! Hope to return before Summer is over!

Another good place to be in if your in New Jersey highly recommended fun rides and you could really enjoy Jenkinson s Boardwalk

Family friendly environment. Clean bathrooms and changing rooms. The variety of rides are good for young and older children. The gift shops have all the typical beach clothing, jewelry, and hermit crabs. The Fun House is a favorite with my kids.

We went down there with my two year old grand daughter and had a wonderful time. She loved the aquarium and the look in her face when she went in the rides were priceless.

Great fries & frozen lemonade at Mac's. Fireworks (Thursday) were wonderful, but started later than expected. Over all makes a fun summer night out

Jenkinsons is totally family oriented to have fun fun fun.

Beautiful View of the ocean. The Beach wasn't too Crowded. Long Boardwalk full of things to do and Places to see. Prices Vary on Places but doesn't intend to be too expensive.

I was there in the early evening. More parking is needed as is better lighting. Nice that restrooms were open. Lots of police for security and first aid if needed. Nice spot to visit.

Love this place, they keep updating the rides for children all ages and their arcade is awesome games and love winning prizes there. The improvement they need is the bathrooms to keep clean every hour do the place gets crowded.

Not much was opened! The aquarium is small but nice. Got an alcoholic beverage and was blown away by the cost.$$$$. Beach is going through replenishment, so they were closed

Beautiful beach with fine sand and warm water. It has a beautiful playground and a park and is very neat and clean

I loved the breeze. I'm not happy that they closed the beach on me and my family and other people and I had to climb under to get back into the boardwalk.

The people was not wearing masks and coughing around the place.

I saw place like this in American movies and today i visited it for first time. Great exirience. Fantastic emotions.

Great rides. Great boardwalk for children. Last we went to the arcade. First we played some games. Then we went on the rides. Great place.

ALWAYS a good time on this boardwalk. Kiddie rides, adult rides, concession stands abound. Pricey, but they only make $$ in the summer.

Not as fun as it would be prior to COVID-19 because rides & games are so limited but a good time nonetheless.

Have gone here since I was a child. Honestly now the bathrooms are heinous, you can drive around an hour and a half for parking before paying $40 to some scammer hotel to park jam packed on their lawn, then pay astronomical prices to get on the beach. I'd personally rather drive six hours down to Virginia

Lill hot inside (at night) games lil overpriced. Especially ticket games n prizes. Good for twice a year outing.

The material used to make the boardwalk retains a lot of heat. Otherwise very clean very beautiful and great beach
