I have been employed by this company for 15 years. On a positive note, I can say that Jefferson Elora Corporation offers a competitive wage, good benefits, a clean work environment, and I am thankful for the employment.

Hardly any training provided, you're on your own within the first few minutes. (MANY) Associates are rude and disrespectful. A definite thumbs down!

It is a terribly mismanaged and completely unprofessional workplace. HR was in shambles not knowing their jobs requirements or responsibilities as Human Resources. You have an issue to bring up? Don't expect it to be resolved in any kind of timely manner beacuse only 2 out the 5 or 6 people in HR have any idea what they are doing. 95% of associate's working there are miserable and depressed and will vocally state how JEC is a negative place to be around or apart of. If any care for mental health is desired, I would strongly avoid this company.

They dont like female truck drivers and give nothing but grief and attitude towards them

I have been a student hire at JEC several times, and have always enjoyed my time. The culture within the facility is close, and oriented to support and congratulate the workers. In my opinion, this facility should be a benchmark for others of its kind.

Highly not recommend if your married. Everyone cheats with everyone with in the work environment. If your spouse works there watch out!
