I went in because there's a recall on my vehicle and i desperately needed an oil change. The staff were knowledgeable, friendly, efficient, and quick. I know i got the best price possible, too (hint... they have coupons online). The waiting room is big and beautiful. The bathrooms are pristine. There is even a massage chair in front of a huge television that i was able to use while i waited. This place is exceptional!

The gentleman at Jeff D'Ambrosio, more specifically Isaiah, Steve and Bob, went above and beyond for me and my family. I had totaled my vehicle and decided to purchase one that hadn't been through service after it test drove perfectly. Out of 600 cars I had picked a dud with extensive maintenance needed to it. I was told by Steve, a sales manager, he could not rightfully sell it to me. I was back to square one and started searching on my tight budget again while Bob, their appraiser, was unknowingly working his magic. Isaiah, the nicest, most honest salesman I have ever had the pleasure of meeting, sent me pictures of this 2012 Acura MDX and I was told they would somehow get it within my payment limit. This car is well beyond my means, fully loaded with every bell and whistle it could come out of the factory with, reliable and somehow has a 3-year warranty on top of being $0.02 less than my monthly limit. They did not have to offer me this car, I don't know why they did it, but I did feel the happiness they felt in doing it for me and my family, and that was priceless. I will never go anywhere else to purchase a car again. If he's there, Isaiah will always be my go-to salesman. First the good news! They have a rather healthy inventory compared to most dealerships. After a test drive and a bit of negotiation, we agreed upon a deal in about an hour. It took another 3 hours to get the paperwork and close on the deal. If you know what you want, i would advise doing all negotiation ahead of time from home. You make an appointment with an online person that you will never meet and simply get whoever is on deck when you arrive. Needed to get a spray in bed liner. They communicated it would take a couple of days but ended up taking two weeks. Communication during that time was sparse at best. When I was finally able to pick up my truck they had installed the wrong bedcover. The best part about their dealership is a Cracker Barrel next door so you have a place to eat while they make you wait indefinitely.

This was our third purchase with Jeff D'Ambrosio in Downingtown and this time it was to trade our red Durango (leasing) by a new car. I chose a Jeep Wrangler with very specific features including everything possible I like in a car, with the comfort of a Durango but as cool as a 2021 Blue Jeep Wrangler. Drove an hour away to see a car that was listed online. When I got there I was informed it was just traded in and wasn't detailed. It was filthy dirty on the interior and the tires were bald. I tried to negotiate on the price and they wanted way more than any other comparable vehicles were selling for. Would not recommend this dealer.
