The gentleman at Jeff D'Ambrosio, more specifically Isaiah, Steve and Bob, went above and beyond for me and my family. I had totaled my vehicle and decided to purchase one that hadn't been through service after it test drove perfectly. Out of 600 cars I had picked a dud with extensive maintenance needed to it. I was told by Steve, a sales manager, he could not rightfully sell it to me. I was back to square one and started searching on my tight budget again while Bob, their appraiser, was unknowingly working his magic. Isaiah, the nicest, most honest salesman I have ever had the pleasure of meeting, sent me pictures of this 2012 Acura MDX and I was told they would somehow get it within my payment limit. This car is well beyond my means, fully loaded with every bell and whistle it could come out of the factory with, reliable and somehow has a 3-year warranty on top of being $0.02 less than my monthly limit. They did not have to offer me this car, I don't know why they did it, but I did feel the happiness they felt in doing it for me and my family, and that was priceless. I will never go anywhere else to purchase a car again. If he's there, Isaiah will always be my go-to salesman.
