Avoid this place like your life depends on it--it just may! My husband broke the top of his leg so we took him to the ER. All they are concerned about is filling up their beds. They will not give him his meds in sufficient doses, they have lied to me about his PT compliance, and the staff are not wearing their facemasks as they are supposed to. He can't wait to leave!

My son has been admitted here several times and each time has been a good experience. The nurses on the pediatric side are amazing fast and so sweet. They were always on time with medications and on top of his treatment. Very thankful for them when my son was super sick. Love the pediatric side!

I had a good experience with the front desk. The problem was when we went to the back. It was like these people don't want to be at work. I
understand it the day after Thanksgiving but customer service and caring for other is supposed to be you passion not your job. There was music playing people talking loud about their personal lives which was very inappropriate because I was there with my 7 year old daughter.
I really feel a 1 is to good for my experience here.

Best hospital ever! I have been in and out the hospital for 2 years and this one is the TOP 1 they respect u! They dont treat u like a patient. They makes sure they can help u in any type of way or form. They wont let u leave until they know for sure your ready. Nurses and cnas are great. They make u feel comfortable at home. They will help u with insurance, doctors explain things will. I suggest if any hospital u go here. I love this hospital

I was traveling to S Carolina when I started feeling sick and vomiting. I went to the ER around midnight and was treated extremely well by the staff, doctors and nurses. After being given medication that basically knocked me out, I was released around 5 am. A security officer, Richard said he would take me and my wife back to our RV due to the 4 block walk and me still affected by the meds. He was a God send. Richard drove us back to our RV in his owe truck. Thank you all for what you done for me and my wife

Very disappointed in the lack of communication between desk clerks revolving critical care of a caregiver to staff - also the rules vary tremendously. Caregivers can t communicate with hospitalist- patient incoherent due to medication- so caregiver on health care directive is advocate and medications on list is not being administered - Spoke with nurse and she said the Doctor would not respond.
