Professional and courteous staff. I bought an AR-15 lower receiver from here and it has performed flawlessly. The $0 FFL fee is unheard of.

In this time of fear and hoarding JD has not tried to price gouge their customers. I was in the other day to get on a waiting list for an upper that is back ordered everywhere and was greeted by a very pleasant women who went back to the warehouse and had an upper finished while I waited.

Called and they were on it with my needs best in the west ..!

Stupid idiots...do not buy from them or even think about it. Their customer service is crap. I have a gun that I bought from them and they are not returning any phone calls.

It took some time to receive my lower, but for the amount of people doing the same thing as me. They did great. And the make a very nice lower receiver.

Poor customer service. I will spend my money elsewhere.
