I love the Ambrielle collection and was unable to locate it. The employees were too busy and I could not get any assistance.

Attempted to shop in the men's department on a Saturday afternoon. Sales assistants were non existent. Fitting rooms in the men's section are a state secret. With no one to assist left without spending a dollar. I do not reward bad management.

Looks to be going out of business. Plenty of empty space.

JC has a lot of nice sales and discounts and coupons etc. I got 2 nice winter coats each for $24 after the sale and discounts and coupons. The coats were usually $199. Even the cashiers tells you where to get the coupons or how to get even bigger discounts. I love all the pretty color of corduroys they have for winter. Going to get every color lol

I love this store and so glad they are in the Northlake Mall. It is easy to order online and pick up in-store here.

Wait to pick up online order was ridiculous! They didnt have a system to assist returns and online orders. During this time if year they should have a plan. I waited at least 30 mins if not more.

Arrived for our 5:30pm holiday family photo with the entire family, including the kids and grandma, only to be told that it was the 5:15pm groups turn. Waited 25 minutes.

Great store, great prices, very helpful sales staff. Particularly impressed by the atmosphere of the store. Very upscale, good displays that are kept neat and well organized. The workers clearly care about their store and their customers.

They are going out of business so it's hard to find associates to help and they do not have any carts so be prepared to carry everything.

the guys & lady at the counter helped me with a online order delivered to the store. i Even got to try on the clothes to see if they fit before i left, 1 item was too big and i came back & they helped me exchange for a smaller size

The experience was beautiful and stayed within budget; purchased six items (used store card and coupon). Left JCP with a SMILE on my face!

Store is usually clean with merchandise neatly stacked and organized. Employees are engaged and eager to help customers. The Internet Order pickup area can be rather slow and you could find yourself standing in line for excess of 15 minutes.

I have been shopping here since I was a little girl. A lot has changed but I can still find great deals here. I have a credit card with them and it comes in handy at times. Overall, I always browse through just to see what is on sale and if I can find a something that interests me.

At the time they had a sale on Levi's jeans i had to buy a few pair and still wearing them today

Found lots of mens extra tall clothes on sale. Wife told me to go back & buy more shirts. Waiting for shorts to get here for smer.

We had a good shopping trip here! Had to pick up a white dress shirt and a green tie for my husband for a party tomorrow. He's an odd size in dress shirts, but we found some that worked, regardless! They had a pretty large inventory, were fairly well-organized, and had some good sales going on. I always feel like stores like this are way overpriced (we just paid $35 for a polyester tie, and that's almost a week's worth of groceries for us), but the deals are helpful. We got a $35 dress shirt and they were buy one, get one free. I love the sales. The service here was pretty good as well. I'm mainly impressed they had his size. I also expected this entire mall to he less fabulous than it was. Turns out it's extremely glitzy compared to what I'm used to. It was a good experience overall. Fairly typical of a JCPenney. I'm also glad we still have one, after so many closed.

I love shopping at JC Penney! However, now it seems they are closing the store. The appliance section is half empty. There are black and yellow signs stating final sales or 40% or more off merchandise. Some good things always come to an end.

I had an associate named Darren who truly went above and beyond for me. I was interested in purchasing a Xmas tree that would be on clearance. There was s manager there but not from that department. He personally called the correct department manager at home to see if he could sell me the tree. He got the approval, went in the back, and got me the original box for me. He then broke it down and packed it for me, all while the manager from another department simply just looked on. He then checked me out, all while being professional and friendly. I truly don't understand why he's not the manager?! I would have just left and not purchased anything if not for him. Penney's needs to keep and promote hard working employees that go above and beyond for their customers. Good job Darren from Northlake Penney's

J C Penney Store is stocked with all the great values that a J C Penney Store had always had. The staff is very knowledgeable and very helpful.

Cashier ring my items up incorrectly. Have to go back to store to get corrected. Cashier didn't add my purchase to my rewards.

Eventhough the mall is suffering with visitor traffic, the anchor store still has good customer service. Ms.Minnie in the jewelry section was most helpful and attentive. She was friendly and pleasant. Ms.Minnie showed my mom and I anything we wanted without being pushy. All the time addressing others and seeing to their needs.
