We needed parts for our JayLor A50. We use this mixer daily to feed grain to our calves. It is an excellent machine, we could not be without because it is a great measuring device, which provides us accurate weight of grain fed so we can properly manage grain intakes in the ration and provide an accurate inventory report so we never run out of grain in storage! I called direct to the Manufacturer in Orton Ontario and spoke to Duane! Duane knows mixers and provided me valuable troubleshooting and repair knowledge so I could diagnose and repair the load cells myself on the farm without having to hire another tech to come in! Awesome Duane, thank you I wish every manufacturer was accessible to the Dairymen! We need more company's like Jaylor when margins are tight you cant afford a costly dealer service whenever you may run into technical support training deficits in your education! Thanks! We will buy another Jaylor for sure if this one ever wears out! Well built and reliable what a Dairymen needs to survive increasing debt and income disparity!

The integrity of the company is at best marginal. They sell direct and even when you refer them business and sell direct to your friends they do not honor or keep there commitment on the parts sales. Its called Bait and Switch. So it is likely a good idea to look to another mixer company as opposed to Jay-Lor

i brought a jaylor mixer wagon off power farming nz it is always breaking down it has broken down again this morning the agents power farming are useless part of the auger came off and went though the side the chains continually fail 14 time in 3 years philip bayly
