Not the biggest store from Jarir, still good for browsing. A peculiar Saudi mix of electronics, school, arts and crafts, books, Koran. In this store great service and help from the Huawei representatives.

I've been going to Jarir bookstore since I was a child. One of the most amazing and rich libraries I've ever seen in my life. I have so many great memories from there and the customer service is one of the best. I wish they would open world wide because I always respect when a library is taken seriously.

Only improvement area is suppose you purchase a mobile they will charge extra amount (around 35 to 40 sar ) for mobile screen cover fitting which ideally should be free or very less.rest all is fine Thus i am going with 3 stars

Never buy laptops from them, horrible technical support and customer service.. I just bought my laptop a month a go and its at technical support most of that period, its clearly a factory defect but they are not replacing it and keep fixing it 4 times until now and they are not giving me a substitute laptop.. Im way behind with my work because of this and they are not even sorry for what I've been through with thier horrible service.. Replacing the laptop is the least that they should do in my situation

This store opens only to close; it is closing all the time as soon as it opens. I am not sure why they can't do what supermarkets such as Panda and Carrefour do.
