Quick, easy, responsive. Really good quality sign and helped me choose the right one I needed.

We had a last minute, 30 x quantity sign on posterboard order request that needed to be turned around in practically a day's time. Fast Signs came through in a pinch when others could not. Thumbs up from me for that!

FAST SIGNS is the best! I've used them several times both at their location on S. Lamar and now on Ben White. They're super easy to work with, accommodating, the work is always excellent, fast, and the price is right. It's everything I want in my local sign shop. I've worked with other graphic artists, and a couple of Office Depots, but the quality just is not the same. I have to have professional looking results that reflect my business, and Fast Signs gives me that every time. I highly recommend these guys!

The prints came out exactly as we wanted them. Production time was quick and staff was helpful and professional.

I submitted my request online and received a quick response/ verification email for what I wanted. It only took a couple of days for the sign to be ready for pickup, and I received a phone call and email informing me to pickup. Great service all around, couldn t have asked for a better experience!

They truly live up to their name- I placed an order on Monday morning and it was ready Tuesday afternoon. Great prices and quality products as well!

I called Fast Signs because our organization needed banners for an event, and we needed them on very short notice. Fast Signs was very responsive, returning my calls and emails promptly. They also accommodated last minute changes to artwork, all while Austin was experiencing an ice storm and many business were closed that day. Best of all, the quality of the product when finished was exceptional, and the banners were ready even before the time promised. I will return for future events for sure!

All I wanted was a back drop that I can take pictures with something like you'd see on the red carpet. I did also order some business cards. The backdrop itself was made out of basically a vinyl tarp material that was virtually impossible to take a picture in front of because of The shiny glare and the business cards were something that you could make at home. I just wish when I told Tyler the guy that was helping me what I wanted you could have told me maybe the material that they knew it wouldn't work out in that situation. In an attempt to save this order I asked him if he could make it out of material that doesn't have a shiny glare he sent me back a quote for $3,000

Fast service and quality finished product! Would definitely recommend them and I will absolutely use them in the future.

We use FastSigns in East Wichita often, for very small (single sheet) custom vinyl letters for sales prototypes. They do a good job, reasonable turn time, (even rush if really needed), convenient, good selection of materials, reasonably priced, and probably the only Co. in Wichita that can do it.

We're very happy with the perforated print Fastsigns made for us. Very clear communication, fast production and installation. We'll be using them for all our signage needs for sure!

The shop is clean and very professional, their work is as well. I have had vinyl graphics and lettering done by them in the past and the work was solid. I do feel however that their customer service fails to meet similar expectations. Some of the workers there seam a little uptight and unnecessarily serious in addition to coming off as socially prejudice, it's a stinch that fills the air there. If you do decide to employ their services, might I recommend talking to a younger gentleman there name Tyler. Only young one in there, nice guy, and lightens up easily. I'm giving this place 3 stars because I feel they do good enough work at least for my standards but these guys could definitely work on their customer relationship game.

PS: No restroom for paying and returning customers, was directed to Taco Cabana facilities or the dumpster behind Dollar General. So go potty before going in! ;)

Very professional service, and delivered 1 day early! Also fixed an issue I spotted while reviewing just prior to picking up. I will use this location again for future sign work - Well Done!

11/1/2019 around 5pm:

As soon as I walked in, I got the vibe that no one wanted to do business with me. They all just watched me walk in and kept quiet. I got to the counter and the older woman just stood there looking at me. She didn't greet me or ask how she can help. Absolutely nothing.... I had to greet her and tell her what I needed!! I would hate to pull the race card but it's hard for me not to when I look around and see other costumers being treated friendly and I can't even get acknowledged unless I greet the employees and do all the talking, it makes me think my business is not welcome because I am black. I could be wrong but this is just my honest opinion.

Another thing, I wanted to order a total of 10 vinyl stickers for my water bottles that were 3 inches max. The woman wanted to charge me $75 for 20 sticker. I said I only needed 10 stickers. I'm just going to throw the other 10 stickers in the trash so I just didn't understand how come I couldn't be accommodated accordingly. I said thank you and and I didn't get a response back (no surprise).

I was a bit taken back at the fact that another employee turned his head to view the situation but didn't step in to offer assistance. I just walked out feeling like I accomplished nothing besides establishing a business that I will never go to again. Fortunately I was able to find another company who could accommodate my needs accordingly and were friendly.

This company might pass for most of you but they get an F from me.

Products are of high quality, the staff is very knowledgeable and easy to work with, and turnaround is fast! It is a relief to work with a signage vendor that you can trust will do the best with a variety of jobs.

They get the job done, the sign looks great, and they are willing to go through all of my revisions. Thank you!

The crew at Fast Signs, 2101 W. Ben White Blvd. location, were very helpful, efficient, and cordial from the time I walked in the store till I picked up my 4 ft. x 8 ft., "For Sale by Owner" sign. Even after requesting changes two different times.

I placed a order and was very specific on details How I wanted my signs to be And the guy rushed my signs and made it the way he wanted horrible place horrible service very unsatisfying if you want the a flea market looking sign you re better off going there and not coming here and paying top dollar for a cheap job .... No one come here. And waste your time and money. I told him to fix it and he refused to fix it or replace . Very horrible people I guess there money hungry ... July 19 -19
