I had high hopes based on the recommendations, but...

I had high hopes based on the recommendations, but my experience missed the mark. The staff seemed overwhelmed, and the waiting times were longer than expected. Additionally, I felt like my concerns weren't fully addressed during the appointment. Overall, I walked away feeling uncertain and unsatisfied. 😕
