I m amazed at how friendly and efficient they are. Took me less than half-hour to submit all of my documents. Shut out to the security guy and the guy with glasses. They are super patient and helpful with all my visa questions.

I have been to it many times, but the women are always very kind and pleasant. The security people who have been entering recently can smile and have a good impression. Thank you again.

Best embassy in Melbourne. Japan people very welcoming I have travelled there 4 times this time they issue me multiple entry 3 year visa. I m Indian citizen . They are best in world I have travelled Uk, Italy., Korea Newzealand but I like Jopan most. Thanks visa officer to let me travellur country.

The Japanese male staff with glasses was really rude. I thought Japanese people are polite and have good manners in general? Maybe not always

Unlike applying visa for Europe, you don't need to make an appointment. Simply rock up to their office, submit all required documents and pick up your passport and visa in a week time. Very friendly and polite service.

Why in this day and age do you ONLY accept cash payments for passport renewals. Very strange customer service. Maybe there's a better exchange rate for AUD cash?
