My opinion on this structure is medium in that I am not fully satisfied by my experience in this structure.
As for the wellness package that I have used, I can only praise the masseuses and the thermal mud workers in addition to the doctor with whom we made the medical examination.
The wellness area reserved for those who carry out wellness treatments is relaxing and silent.
The problems are found in the swimming pools on the busiest days (holidays / bridges / weekends) for the incalculable number of people well beyond the capacity of the pools so that they can really enjoy them in peace (inconvenience in parking lots, inconvenience in the changing rooms and also in the same tanks to find a free corner).
Furthermore, the presence of children does not help to make the experience relaxing (in this regard I believe that two options can be considered: prohibit entry under a certain age or create special spaces for the little ones). It would also be appropriate to set a maximum number of entrances but something tells me that the direction n "hears" us in this respect ... they just say to avoid going on chaotic days as if people like me who work can go any midweek day ... but ....
Overall, the structure is good, there are many pools (more outside than inside) and a nice park, but if their policy is that of maximum collection, I don't know if I will return, unless I make a package again wellness and stay alone in the relaxation area.

They need a makeover. We only used the swimming pools during the night. The outdoor pools are large and warm so even in January they are pleasant. The. Indoor pools are small rowdy, there are no water games or whirlpools. Around it there are deck chairs but the environment is large and dispersive .... As well as the heat. The changing rooms are a superdolont point: the rooms are exaggeratedly warm (mothers with children are put to the test), few support points as well as the showers, which are without doors and their water flow lasts very little. Just one hair dryer for both sockets (if you remembered to hang a hair dryer) imagine a dressing room in January at night (so you can't go out with wet hair) with about 20/30 people including girls with rapunzel-style hair from dry in the humid tropical heat ..... In short, just a turn in the changing rooms to make the benefits of the spa disappear.

Very nice and well kept place. Nice pools. Sore point, children are not welcome even if they can enter. I highly recommend large families and groups to stay away from these spas. What advice instead to couples.

This is my second time here. If you re looking for a real European massage, then this is the place to do it as an American. The massages are very relaxing. However, the masseuse does not drape you similar to one in America. I love the relax station where you wait comfortably while you wait your turn

This time I tried the Terme. I enjoyed the one where you walk in a circle rotating between cold and hot water. It really opens up your pores.

One down side is it does smell like rotten eggs but it isn t too bad. Many will complain but it is worth the experience. I definitely would travel out of my way to have this experience again.

Restaurant service has deteriorated in quality and service. I often come to this place and the environment is always nice but shame about the refreshment point that has definitely worsened
