Great structure well organized ..... so many pools a panacea for health

Bad staff! Pay 10 more to book sun beds and umbrellas, then if you move away (leaving clothes on the spot) and uncivilized people place us his stuff, the lifeguard tells you to see if there is any other free umbrella. In the locker rooms, the cleaning ladies evidently ran, at 5 pm, when many leave, they start cleaning, moving their personal belongings while changing, taking the only bathroom, soaking up the slippery floor and to get the machine to clean the floor, they open the locker room door in front of the whole corridor. Same treatment for my husband, in the men's locker room where they entered among the naked men. Congratulations to those who organize.

The spas are mainly outdoors, the two indoor pools are very small! In winter, there is only one usable outdoor swimming pool; the other is too cold so in particular in the afternoon the tub is very crowded! The whirlpools are few and definitely malfunctioning .. besides compared to other thermal pools that I attended from the hygienic point of view these spas are very lacking. Only the fact that there is no cap requirement implies hair on the water.

They are ruining the whole atmosphere since they spread a kind of music in outdoor pools. Difficult to ruin a place like that, but some leaders manage it!

Unfortunately, the cost has become really exaggerated !! With 22 per person I would not have wanted to see even a fly fly, instead we were literally attacked !!! The only way to save yourself from annoying insects was to stay in the water! Sin.

the Terme is quite nice however the Restaurant ist terrible. Extremly Bad service, it is obvious that they don't like non-italian tourists. We werde ignored for most of the time. No bread with the salad, no cheese with the pasta. You better do not go there. We won't ever again!

Very nice and welcoming place, terne held very well, excellent general cleanliness, polite and professional staff, sulphurous water tanks, warm, there are small and a large pools, open air, in all the pools there are water jets where you get massaged by the water, there are also two indoor pools with a bed for relaxation, I've been there on a public holiday so the entrance cost 17 euros, but there is also the possibility of making a subscription until Friday that costs if I'm not wrong 110 euros for holidays costs more but I did not ask, after paying admission to the baths, you go to the locker room where you can close the locker with two euros, then you can go back, once you have worn a bathrobe and a bathing suit, you can go to the various swimming pools and hot and cold water paths, personal things can be stored under the umbrella and there can lie on the bed, all included in the admission price, other services massages and anything else usually found at the spa, are paid. You can have a coffee at the bar or eat at the restaurant. What about if you want to pamper a little 'without spending too much, remaining in the range of 17 euros for a whole day ... is the right place. Excellent value for money.

Terme naturali tante vasche a diverse altezze, posto pulito e personale gentile. Mi ci sono trovata bene, gestite bene le nuove normative covid. Dalle 20.00 si paga il ridotto per entrare prezzi giusti anche al bar e al ristorante.

Was a little cold for the outdoor pools, but the indoor pools were great, especially with the heated floors and the comfy chairs.

Great. See you for a long time with my wife at least twice a year. Lots of pools and a very large green surface and even if there are many people, you can relax anyway.

Water a little too cold in the internal tanks compared to some time ago. The COVID distance cannot be respected in the locker rooms.

I was at the spa on December 28th with the family. My little girl, 7 years old, was especially good because she took full advantage of the two indoor pools, even if they were too noisy, but for the big ones a lot of things can be improved. The structure is a bit 'dated and should be renewed: should be given an eye to the locker rooms ... not so large and not very clean and TOO warm ... after the shower did not breathe. Refreshment lunch bar. We wanted to go to the restaurant but the number of tables was insufficient for the number of people there, so we were satisfied with a sandwich at the bar, the only possible alternative. A positive note of the day was the one hour massage, very pleasant and very good the girl who performed the treatment.

Horrible: banal reception. Internal organization does not exist. Single room for men and women with satin glass door (!).
Restaurant: underpass type room in Bolzaneto railway station. Waiter with sneakers just passed in a stall. Plate of paccheri (terrible) chipped and cracked. Suspected bottled wine (already uncorked).

Spas surrounded by greenery, quiet place, many pools of all temperatures, cleaning order plenty of sunbeds and umbrellas, ideal for all ages, total relaxation.

The spa is nice and welcoming but the management is bad

The receptionists have education underfoot. But the thermal pools are stunning and the Valentina physiotherapist is STREPITOSA. Thanks to her I went from a wheelchair to crutches !!! I love it! Thanks Valentina, you are exceptional
