Joe from the teen center doesn t know how to serve stuff right and annoys kids all day he s not a good staff for the buildings I ll sue the ymca if he isn t fired with in 2 weeks

Friendly and helpful staff, clean and organized facility. I like this place.

Only been a member a short time. The price is right. Met a couple of friendly staff members. Most front desk staff are indifferent and seem like they don't want to be there. Afternoons are the best time. Made the mistake of going at 630 this morning. Loud yappy women. Cranky old men. Was on an exercise bike for all of 10 minutes before two old men were complaining. No staff to be found. Not for me. See you in the afternoon if I come back.

Needs to be cleaned or remodel up at the upper track . So dirty & dusty. :(

Best workout place in the Jamestown area however the Lakewood branch is way better than the one downtown they have an awesome group of staff members and a nicer facility. I've never been a member but will probably join in the fall once there reduced summer hours end.

Great place to lift. Very clean. Every one wears a mask.

They kick you off treadmills. I understand if there are none available and people have been waiting, there is a 20 min limit. But today I finish mile six, and a staff member rudely come up to me with a piece of paper stating there is a 20 min limit asks me to get off. meanwhile there are FIVE Available TREADMILLS only 10 ft away from me. RIDICULOUS.

Cant find anything about times for up coming events ... Father daughter dance .... Nothing about it online to help me participate with my kiddos enjoy the place... Juat online stuff is tuff
