I would give this rep a zero if I could. Rachel Krueger writes on her advertisement that she is one of their top reps and she gives personal service. I called her a few times yesterday and got a hold of her at the end of the day, about 330. After we spoke, I was suppose to get back to her with a time we could get into my rental to see it and discuss putting it for up sale. I tried to get back to her, her voice mail is an non-descript machine, not personal at all, then never heard back from her that she received my vm so tried calling her again. This time she answered but apparently I interrupted her while she was picking up her kids. I asked her if she was busy and if she was able to take on new listings to which she scolded me that she was busy today and now she is picking up her kids and that she doesnt check her phone while she is busy AND that if I had a problem with that than she cant help me. I had no words coming out of my mouth I was so shocked. I think it is a fair question to ask if she has time to take on a new listing (and give it attention not just sit on it). Then she said snottily "hello"? and I said Im here but I feel like I just got scolded for asking you a question. She then hung up on me!! Wow. Do not use this agent!!! I think I nailed it on the head and that bothered her.
She just wants to rack up listings then doesnt pay attention to them until they sell. Quantity not quality. I hit it on the head, that is why she got so upset at a simple question. Shame on her

The agency allows their realtors to list units with inaccurate information leading potential buyers to believe they are purchasing new construction and it's not. I would not refer anyone to this agency since they do not uphold an ethical way of business.

Only giving one star because I can't give zero. Where to start?
The communication between associates is atrocious. And who schedules only half an hour between showings when the properties are 15 minutes or more apart? Maybe an okay company at best IF you live in Chicago but for the other 6.7 million people in the Chicagoland area DON'T BOTHER!

They are one of the most prejudiced and privileged people. Me and my new family was asked by them financial support before they show properties. Even though we went to their open house, they act like they care but never called me back. Just because me and my family don t have blonde and green blue eyes..?! We live in the same neighborhood that you guys are selling all the properties.. unbelievable you guys

This place has to be by far the worst real estate agency ever. They wasted a year of the lives of my family and I as we enlisted thier efforts to sell our house. Not only did achieve not selling it, but whenever I tried reaching out to Jameson to get some answers, I was usually transfered to a manager's phone line that either had a full inbox or just rang until it went to a voice mail. Then 2 weeks before the end of my contract with these geniuses the for sale sign in my yard disappears and not Jameson nor their agent who was the representative for the MLS could even give me an answer to way it was gone or who had it removed. Avoid using Jameson at all costs. They will not put forth any effort what so ever in selling your home. Can't wait until my contract expires tonight and these fools and Jim Moore are left with a big fat $0.00 in commission.

Wonderful location and charming prewar building but I haven't shown anyone the new place because I am still cleaning it. Must be 100 years of grime here - makeup, mildew, hair in every crevice. It's a good thing I renovated and cleaned historic mansions before moving to Chicago. Doing the best I can with one arm (slipped/fell the week before I moved in) and will be able to clean it to par once I can comfortably lift anything heavier than a bar of soap. I am renting this place from a Sotheby s office, so I cannot believe they wouldn't repaint it after the previous tenant's multi-year lease! I even had to buy some missing outlet covers and a smoke alarm. The (broken) wooden blinds are covered in dust and the wood floors are scratched to high Hell. The window in the bathroom doesn't close (brrr!) because the wood is cracked. The door to the closet is missing and the radiator in the dining area is flaking two or three colors of paint. I gave them several days to clean and paint but all they did was scrape and paint the ceiling. There are discolorations and nail holes in the walls from previous renter's pictures, water damage ripples under the windows, gobs of dirt in the sills, and the wall above the main room window is cracked and flaking. I purchased all new furniture and was so excited to move in, but REALLY, SOTHEBY'S?

What can I say to my realtor to get her attention? I moved in (late) with the understanding it would be cleaned and painted. I signed a 14-month lease so I feel stuck.

Todd Burbank is extremely rude and unprofessional. Made one appointment to see one of his properties, I was held up at work, I alerted him that I was running late, and that I had a DOCTOR appointment shortly after we were supposed to meet. Needless to say, he TEXTED me to openly chastise me for my "uninterest", and "more important appointment." I will never work with Todd nor this company again. Ridiculous.

Great company to work for! All of our agents are incredibly knowledgeable and committed to their work. Stellar staff and leadership team who have built such a strong culture. Proud to be surrounded by the best in the business!

RUN RUN RUN far away - we went to look at an open house in the south suburbs where we met the rudest woman alive. She was talking about upgrades for the house that were not upgrades.... like plumbing or a driveway???? This lady is crazy we have 4 children so this would have been a good option for us, but something did not add up with her. Our agent works within the same company and will be making sure a complaint is brought to the attention of the branch. But DO NOT work with LESLEY let alone have her represent you or your properties! I warn you to run she should not even be in real estate.

I am thrilled with my experience working with Jameson - every aspect from beginning to end was everything I could have asked for! The agents are attentive to the point of making you feel like you're their only client and top priority. I would highly recommend for any real estate transaction needs you may have!
