Amazing and very friendly staff , the dj on the stage with all the lights and lasers (think hes name is lee ) was just the best entertainer and dj ive ever seen.
Definitely going to book this venue again.
Venue is in need of a total refurb. It's like being in a antiquated church hall rather than a sophisticated nightclub. The menu Is limited to burger or ribs. Jagz lacks any quality or refinement. Music was good, but this is dependant on what band is playing
I came here for a work leaving dinner but didn't experience any music or a live performance. The bar was pricey and wasn't particularly well stocked. The grill menu was pretty basic and the item I wanted wasn't available so I ordered an Atlantis chicken burger, which turned out to be dried-out and really bland. Staff were friendly, but the food and bar service was very slow.
Great for a drink as you leave Ascot station. It's been a while but I used to love the Jazz night club down stairs. Nice relaxed atmosphere.
Crazy busy on race days at Ascot but more relaxed on any other night and a lot quicker to get served. The food is good too.
Venue great depending on what you want from it. Not disabled friendly.

For the guy who wrote the last review, he obviously had too many shandies at the races, this is a good venue that has decent food and hardworking staff, as for his comments about the 50yr old DJ.. Very misguided, he plays a great set of varying tunes catering for the mass, rather than the crass.
An excellent music venue, efficient, friendly staff & a very good menu serving excellent food at competitive prices.
All seems good after ascot but the DJ was play I g music for old men past their age and no song requests. Real shame that there willing to put a 50+ year old man playing some old tunes and won t at song recommendations :'( will not recommend to friends or advocated businesses for any evening events which I was originally you g to do
told lots of friends about here. The service, entertainment drinks and lovely food. Very disappointed when we got there with about a dozen others and no food on offer
Brilliant venue with great entertainment. This was a great night out here with dinner and a show. The atmosphere was fantastic and the food was delicious! Would definitely return to this venue more often.
Would be a decent place for a pint, but no ale being served. Awful spirits collection, think dodgy neon lit club and you're about there. Basically nothing to redeem it, apart from the staff, who were hard working and nice. Owner needs to make a lot more of this.
No draft beers. No atmosphere. dead on a saturday night.

Fantastic venue but the gents' loo needs looking at... broken locks on both doors. Broken hand dryer. No tissues to dry hands . Cracked sink.

Absolute disgrace no running water in the toilets the place is disgustingly dirty , alcohol serves in plastic cups even though you pay a small fortune for drinks!!!! Steer clear if this place!
Every time I have come here I have enjoyed it. The Friday and Saturday nights are great for a sit down meal while listening to some superb live music. The most recent time I was here I was relaxing listening to some local talent at the acoustic cafe. Will always recommend to anyone! (especially during Royal Ascot week!)

Used to be a decent club but now there's no more clubbing there anymore which is a shame
Fun night for my mums 60th birthday party. Really nice venue when decorated up. Not sure if bar staff stung my mate for his drink as it didn't have any gin it but they still charged for it. Not sure hence 4 stars. Thanks
Walked in2 Jagz dont no if it was da toilets or drains but it smelt awful
Great concert venue though main access is via stairs so not so easy if you are disabled. The staff can let you in via the pub though and you have to ask to use the staff toilets.
Miserable staff. Didn't even open her mouth only to tell us how much the drinks where. Very exspensive. Two bottle of water one pint of beer and a very small bottle of desperado cost nearly 16 pound. It was chilly to sit outside and they never even put the heaters on. Don't think I will be going back there.
Do not go to this bar if you like a good time. I suppose this would be ok if you were just popping in for a quick drink on your way to the station but if you are staying longeer than 20 minutes, I would not go here. We decided to go here on our way home from the races and the DJ (I think he had been called in from retirement) has a terrible attitude. He was swearing at my friend and being so rude that we decided to leave. Upstairs in the bar area was nice, the locals seemed really friendly and the door staff were very pleasant but downstairs in the 'club' was a different story. The door men were rude, the DJ was a joke and apart from two people kissing in the corner, I couldn't see anyone having a good time. Such a shame.
