In this salon was my first experience with a Range Rover car.
On December 15 a contract was signed for a new car (it was already in the showroom, ready for pickup). They promised that they would release the car by the end of the month, but unfortunately it didn't happen. We managed to pick up in the second half of January. They explained that the problem was a set of documents to be registered. I thought after receiving - the end of problems, but they have just begun.
It turned out that the sunroof opening did not work, the 220V socket in the trunk, the phone app and the worst when driving above 90 km / h the car vibrates and so far it has not been repaired, they claimed that the rims were curved, I had to pay PLN 450 for the repair, but unfortunately the problem is still not resolved. I am still waiting for more repairs.
After 2 weeks of use she had to take the car tow truck to the service because all the electronics fell.
I do not recommend this salon because after signing the contract they do not answer the phone and answer messages and do not solve problems. Never again

Disappointed, I came for an appointment to visit the service and the so-called security guard does not allow me to get out of the area because apparently there is no place and I visually see that and tells me to park on the street or sidewalk, this is the first breaking the rules parking on the sidewalk and secondly no one takes responsibility for a vehicle left on the street. I think it is not cultural enough to treat people who give earnings not little money. As it turned out, this free place was waiting for the director and people from the construction team also had private cars to park on the company's premises. My opinion is negative. Not this standard these days.

I advise against !!!
I do not recommend anyone to repair on this site or spend even 1 zloty.
I did a bodywork repair with AC. I assess the quality of 6/10 - unpainted bumper corners - jagged fuel filler, strange marks on the paint and the lack of any reaction of the service to reported deficiencies. Execution time also leaves much to be desired. I left the car in JLR 4 times on the occasion of another poorly performed service, but I will talk about it in a moment.
Before painting repairs, I asked for a quote for the service of replacing a small X-type thermostat, I bought some of it earlier - I was only interested in the cost of the service. The service technician informed me that "we have to check this and that - you will be pleased". And the cost? "We will check it and say - please do not worry without your consent, we will not do anything, the car is still in the body shop".
In total, the car spent about 4 weeks in JLR with 1-2 day breaks !!!
I was informed by phone that the cost of replacing a small thermostat is a note ... 1500 PLN (the price of a new original part is about 130 PLN). Of course, I didn't agree to be repaired. After 5 minutes, a technician called again and told me that he would exchange it for 800 zlotys using a discount. Of course, I didn't agree - it's 7x the price of the new part (which I bought anyway!).
Finally I was informed that I would pay PLN 400 because the gaskets under the intake manifold need to be replaced ... the diagnostic service costs CHORE! I come and tell them what needs to be replaced, and in response "Yes - it needs to be replaced - PLN 400 please." SICK !!! Of course, I didn't pay it either - unfortunately they didn't hit the moose this time.
I picked up the car with inoperative air conditioning and a giant leak of coolant from the housing of a large thermostat ... and yet there was talk of a small !!!
I exchanged the thermostat for PLN 100 on Ford website. I was shown that someone was awkwardly trying to glue the silicone housing. Beautiful.
The car returned to the service again.
And then again - because the climate still did not work (even after replacing the thermostat in another service). I was told that the climate is not packed ... and a month ago I serviced it !!!!
In addition, I was left with a nut under the shaft because they forgot in a hurry ... but they tinkered with this climate ... but of course the refrigerant deficiency was dropped, explaining that some protection cuts off the climate at 75 percent of the refrigerant ... what nonsense.
I advise against !!! DON'T BE FUCKED IN A BOTTLE! Especially that you have excellent service on the left side of the Vistula!

MASSACRE!!! Note this service. I had no other choice because the car bought from them and has a lot of flaws. The service is surly and unprofessional. I bought an evoque with a 2.0T gasoline engine and after 15,000 I gave up for the first review with a list of faults. TO AUTO IS TRAGEDIA !!!. first of all, the gearbox jerks like in an old Opel from before 2000 and they say this model has it, haaahhaa. The start stop system stopped working three months after purchase. software updated but they do not know if it gave anything because the outside temperature does not allow checking it. Klima in automatic mode works exactly at half the fan power (whether summer or day the same) It is annoying because nothing can be heard but the noise of the windmill. They replaced a pollen filter that supposedly was responsible for it but they didn't check it either. Still the same. This model is so and you can't reprogram the fan to run at a slower speed. Plastics creak at every hole and the headlight refills after driving on potholes are quivering like in an old truck at idle. I can exchange here endlessly. THIS is the quality and prestige ??
Massacre service !!!. For PLN 1800 for oil change, they should take it and put it back in place with vacuuming, washing and .....
