Was interested in a house (Cornelis van Vollenhovenstraat 36) in Amsterdam price was 139,000 and had planned a viewing. I then saw on the website that the price had been increased to 169,000.
By telephone I indicated that the price was lower first, the employee replied that the home never had the price of 139,000. While I received a confirmation by e-mail with the price of 139,000. It is CHILLERS, if more people show an interest in a home, the price goes up immediately. Do not do business with it !!

Worst Real Estate Agent in town!

Worst Real Estate Agent in town!
If you want to rent a property with them it is an absolute nightmare! Even before visiting the apartment they ask you for personal information (Bank account number, income, employer...) and you don't even know if you would like what they offer! If you are lucky and they understand what income you have (apparently they are not familiar when expressing your income as /month) they might give you a visit... but surprise surprise, there are high chances that they don't even show up! So if you can TRY TO AVOID THEM BY ALL MEANS!

Straight up lies to us that we could live here with 4 people, only to get kicked out two years later for living there with 4 people. You should feel ashamed Mirjam Groen. Just lying to get yourself a nice bonus

Meanwhile, four months living in an apartment rent...

Meanwhile, four months living in an apartment rented by MVGM. The apartment is fine but the service is tearing.

You don't get along with calling / emailing; there is a nasty late response to the mail, callback requests are never honored.

A visit to the office on the Naritaweg does not yield much. With great brutality, customer dissatisfaction is explained as unjustified and dick stories of unprecedented proportions are displayed.

Very bad.

Very bad.
Very slow (could not be in the apartment until a month later due to a delay at Jacobus Recourt, while the apartment had been empty for a long time).
It really doesn't interest them at all.
They never call back, are just not present and are particularly rude.
This all happened a year ago. Now I had another question. Still the same song.
Conclusion: particularly bad due to total disinterest in the customer
