My husband works for Jacobsen. They have been nothing but amazing to be affiliated. They give opportunity for growth, opportunity to learn and opportunity to be the best. The Jacobsen formula is flawless. I tour every project my husband has been a part of and am continuously impressed by the quality of work the employees perform. Benefits are amazing and the employee recognition and continued training are just the tip of the iceberg.
Sub contractors and people in need of construction beware. This is an unethical construction company that will put you and your family on the street to put $5 in their pocket. If you re in need of construction, you d be better off hiring virtually anyone instead of Jacobsen Construction. There s absolutely nothing that s beneath them in terms of insuring that Jacobsen Construction makes money. They don t care about their clients or sub-contractors. The only client they have that they ll employ actual good business practices is the LDS Church.
I've been working for this company for 4 months they are good they are great I was at West Quarter when one of the big bosses Brandon decided to yell at me and cussed me out and say he is the freaking boss but I have to listen to him we had a meeting in the office ask me if I was comfortable or if I wanted to switch places I said I was comfortable and I loved it there .but they didn't listen to me they listened to him and they switched me space That's not how you take care of a problem thank you Brandon from West Quarter
I was working for this company. They take good care of their own. They don't discriminate against gender equality. They keep you safe, well fed, and financially stable. I did have to leave do to certain health conditions. I am grateful to have been a part of such a wonderful community of professionals.
SUB-CONTRACTORS BE AWARE! Certain PM's do not pay their subs on time or at all. Families are going without that have slaved for them due to their crookedness.
