DO NOT BRING YOUR INFANT HERE. The waiting room is shared with all children and ages, sick or not. Our week old son came home sick as well as me and my wife. We also had a cover over his carrier to prevent germ spread but the waiting room was crawling with germs!

I originally thought the well clinic would be a good experience, but our 2 week well being checkup for my daughter was ridiculous. I had spent more time waiting to get seen then actually having her be seen by Dr.Mittal. He treated my daughter like another number on his schedule and his visit was only 8 minutes long. He did not listen to a word I said and was rushing things. My daughter then had her third appt scheduled but was rescheduled due to Hurricane Florence and they pushed it back again since Dr.Mittal would be our that week. Today was her rescheduled appt date, my husband and I were going to be 30 minutes early to the clinic since we live nearby but got in a car accident. When I called the clinic to let them know they responded with you need to get here by 1115 or we will have to reschedule her appt ...no sympathy and no understanding. So once I was released from
giving my statement with the police I rushed over to the clinic and showed up at the check in window at 1119 and they said she can not get seen and that I would have to have her appt pushed back AGAIN. 3 incidents that I had no control over. Then they had the audacity to ask about our Tricare payment instead of if my daughter was okay or not.... The staff and doctors here do not listen to any issues and take forever to respond within the patient portal. Overall these people don t care about the children that are their patients and all they care about is getting paid. I would not recommend this place AT ALL to anyone with children.

No show fee s of 25 dollars. Last I checked you have to render a service to receive a bill for services provided. At least have patients sign a SOU or something stating you will bill them for not being able to make an appointment. Id rather take my insurance money somewhere else.

This has been our family clinic for 10 years and while there's always one or two bad experiences that got my emotions going, overall, when the hammer falls, this place is better than anywhere in the region and the doctors and staff have always been wonderful.

There have been problems, but hey that's life, and I've never had issues with the doctors or nurses and the problems I did have were fixed.

Too many people have one bad experience and enshrine that as the only image of the place. JCMC is not perfect, but they do care and they are wonderful.

I hate going to other clinics in Jacksonville. Doctors and staff are always on edge. This is the only place I know that is humane and respecful to all patients regardless of where they come from. I highly recommend this place.

A joke. The doctor asked me if I had anything that concerned me today and when I responded they billed my insurance for the information On my heel, instead of what I came in for. A follow up! What a rip off
