Getting my eyes checked was a very efficient and quick process. Eye doctors in charge were patient, gentle, and friendly. It was very detailed and time efficient though when it was time to pick your glasses, details and explanation could be improved. I almost paid $20 extra for something I didn t know/want. She explained it after I noted that she circled it on paper. Felt rushed and uncomfortable when picking glasses. She was very impolite and unwelcoming.
My parents have warned me in the past that she took advantage of my grandma, an elderly person, into buying a pair of glasses for $500!! Most workers are Vietnamese and they could have taken better care for my Vietnamese grandma. I know many other Vietnamese families go here, including my family, because it overcomes their language barrier but it seems like communication is still unclear. Being in South Seattle where there are majority low income families, they should take better care of the community instead of taking advantage of clients for profit. Make sure you know what you re getting into when picking glasses here. DO NOT let your elderly pick glasses alone.

It was awesome. The optometrist was excellent and the assistant were so helpful and sweet. It was my first time there and now they are my Dr. I would highly recommend it if you need glasses and if your a transport driver they do dot checkups if you wear glasses. Thankyou so very much.

Difficult when asking for information about my prescription and eye measurements. It also took over a month to get my glasses. I had call in every day after 3 weeks of waiting and still could not get any customer service to help me.

Their customer services just couldn't get worse ! I've paid $470.00 for 1 pair of glasses after their confirmation " you will have it from 7 to 10 business days"; Today, after 12 days, I've called and she said " due to the pandemic, the shipping will take longer than normal, please add another 2 weeks onto it"; The Pandemic started to affect all of us since Feb 2020, and it's Feb 2021 right now; Why haven't you told me that phrase before when I was trying to get those glasses? They just say whatever so you will purchase glasses from them with the price 3x higher than market price. Please go there for your doctor visit only; because if you order something from them, you step out 5 mins after that and contact to cancel the order, you can't; don't waste your money and your time on this as I've done.

Very professional and helpful! Shared a lot of information to appease my curiosity and made the experience pretty smooth. My insurance coverage and payment options were clearly explained at the front desk. Handled sanitary measures for covid really well too

NOT RECOMMENDED! by far the worst service I've ever had. After placing an order in February it didn't arrive until June... and the glasses didn't even fit! There is zero communication and the storefront is not always open during their "business hours" (if you have special covid hours maybe put a flyer up or email your patients). Expect to need to leave 3+ messages to actually talk to someone and not because they call you back (because they wont) but because you just get lucky. I had a similar experience 2 times now over the last two years and am switching providers.
