NOT RECOMMENDED! by far the worst service I've eve...

NOT RECOMMENDED! by far the worst service I've ever had. After placing an order in February it didn't arrive until June... and the glasses didn't even fit! There is zero communication and the storefront is not always open during their "business hours" (if you have special covid hours maybe put a flyer up or email your patients). Expect to need to leave 3+ messages to actually talk to someone and not because they call you back (because they wont) but because you just get lucky. I had a similar experience 2 times now over the last two years and am switching providers.
