I was on the hunt for an engagement ring and was completely bewildered by all my options. After shopping around, I went into Jackson Square because I had heard good things. The staff made recommendations and explained to me the various types of designs I could get. They worked with my budget and never pressured me into anything. After about an hour, we found the perfect the ring. I haven't given it to her yet, but thanks Jackson Square I'm sure she'll love it!

I'd gone to Jackson Square to have some minor jewelry repairs done (ie. tighten the prongs on a loose diamond, replace watch batteries, etc.) and felt like it was a solid owner-run place with good service and a long standing local reputation. When I was on the market for some diamond earrings I wasn't super comfortable buying online so I went to the shop to talk it out and figure out what I wanted. Dan was FANTASTIC! Over the course of several visits we nailed down the size, price range and quality I was looking for. I was extremely particular about the parameters of the stones I wanted and Dan delivered. I absolutely love my new jewelry. Top notch service, well-managed expectations about the process and very reasonable prices. I highly recommend this shop. I will definitely be back!
My wife and I have been going to Jackson Square for years now. We were in the store a couple months ago and she pointed out these Blue Sapphire earrings she really liked. Well, I went back the other day and bought them for her for Valentine's Day. They gave me a great price and did a wonderful job with gift wrapping. Can't wait to give them to her, and I have Jackson Square to thank!

Amazing Service. I was having a family heirloom diamond set in an engagement ring and realized late in the process that I needed to have the diamond appraised. I called and Dan said he could help me out and made it super easy for me. I'm the kind of person that likes to learn about what I'm doing so I can make smart purchases and not only did the work get done fast, but I learned a lot about my immediate concern, as well as what to look for in the future. This is the kind of good ol' fashion customer service that's hard to find these days. Buying the ring was stressful enough, coming here actually made the whole experience better. Thanks Dan!
I've been a Jackson Square Customer for All Seasons since the day they opened their doors. Never have I found the need to shop elsewhere. This is a owner run store with partners that know how to care for their customers. Finding Special Occasion Jewelery or servicing the High End Complicated Watch, my expectations and satisfaction has always been met or exceeded.

I bought a nice Eterna watch there on recommendation from a colleague. The service was good and I also bought wedding rings and jewelry for christmas gifts there.
The watch was serviced there and a luminescent dot was lost during the repair process. I had to argue to get that replaced. The replacement didn't fit very well and the staff told me to not use the rotating bezel on this diving watch. Subsequently another luminescent dot in the watch fell off. I have not gone back for service, and cannot recommend their watch repair.
I"m a huge fan. I went in to have some rings sized and ended up bringing all of my unused silver and gold and Dan offered to buy it from me. Dan is very fair and transparent so you know exactly what's what. A bonus is the music is always on and brings back great memories or the 80's alternative scene! I told all of my friends to clean out their jewelry boxes and bring it down. He also buys estate silver, coins, gemstones.
I went into Jackson Square Fine Jewelers after a recommendation from a colleague. I needed a full watch and dial refinish for my 15 year old Rolex. The watch was in poor shape, and by the time they were finished with it, it looked even better than when I first bought it all those years ago. I will be using them for all my other watch or jewelry needs from now on.
Really helpful guys, Dan was super knowledgeable in his trade gave me a lot of great advice on how to move forward with my jewelry really thankful.
Chatted with an employee while another employee replaced my watch's battery in about 5 minutes. Learned a lot about watches in the meantime. Great folks!
I live overseas and was in the market for a particular watch and in general the USA has the best prices in the world for high end watches. I found and contacted them online and they had the model in stock I was in touch with Dan and we negotiated a great price and was shipped to me . To reduce the weight - cost of shipping I had it shipped without the heavy and large wood box, Unfortunately during shipment the strap was damaged after being opened by customs and poorly repacked by them. So no fault of Jackson in packing but Dan ordered a new strap had it shipped and a week later I am wearing the watch I was happy with the service but Dan also supplied the new strap free of charge , just to say this was not a warranty or shipping claim he supplied the new strap as a good faith gesture.
Purchasing high value items on the net can be a little risky but Dan at Jackson gave impeccable service and I would recommend them to anyone .
