Once again my taxes were completed by the wonderful and knowledgeable staff. I have a rather simple filling, so I was in and out in about 40 minutes. See you guys next year!!

Stephen Ball has assisted me with my taxes throughout the years. Mr. Ball has been helpful everytime. He is knowledgeable and very professional. His customer service is excellent.

From my childhood when my parents would file to me growing older to file myself, this JH location has always been pleasuring. From Wards Corner to Granby Street (just across the way lol). As of recently, Mr John Charchar was very helpful and fulfilling to my inquisitive needs. All the other staff were kind and helpful as well! Would recommend this Jackson Hewitt to everyone in need of tax help!

Ms. McPherson was awesome. She was thorough and walked me through the entire process. She made sure that I understood everything and provided copies and made herself available to answer any questions.

She worked in a timely manner. Getting me out in enough time to get to my second job.

Overall I am pleased and will be returning next year.
