I was completely disrespected and did not receive the help I needed. The officer escorted me out of the building because I was documenting my progress on my civil rights issue. I wouldn't recommend going here if you you need help their more concerned about their lunch breaks and security even though there's absolutely no-one in there.
Everyone I have encountered her has been very nice and helpful. It makes the reason I am even having to visit here much easier to deal with.
I've been there a couple of times to give people rides and every time I've been there I've been impressed. They keep it very clean and professional.
It says they are open online and on the paper they gave me but Everytime I go in they are closed. They need to fix the hours they have on the sheets. I have to get this started but I can't even sign up for it because Everytime I have went in they have been closed even though it says they are open on the paper the lady there gave me, and online.
While the jail procedures and guard attitudes are seriously flawed, Denise, an employee whose job it is to find out for an inmate, just what his/ her release date is, and why so, is very helpful!
Everyone I have worked with at this office has been friendly, respectful, and helpful. I have gone in several times for a travel permit and have been issued the permit before I left. I am a reduced supervision client and currently have no assigned PO. I just see whoever has the time to see me. Even though I am not part of their caseload they are still ready to help. Bill Wilkenloh especially has taken time out to answer my questions and emails on several occasions. He's not my PO. I'm not his responsibility but he has been there ready to help several times. These are good people.
