My husband and I (and our son) had a wonderful experience during our recent shoot with Jackie. She is personable, friendly and incredibly easy to work with (and her email response time can't be beat). What we discovered, as first time parents, is that posed photos aren't really our sons "cup of tea". Jackie was incredibly understanding and flexible. She came up with a much more appropriate Plan B when our outdoor session (Plan A) didn't go as planned. Is it even possible to make plans with an 18 month old? We are incredibly happy with the photos and are amazed at how quickly she was able to get them to us. A 5 star experience from start to finish! We'd recommend her to anyone looking for a great photographer in Lake County and we'll definitely be booking her again in the future!

Jackie is the best! She has an incredible eye for detail. I almost always feel awkward posing for pictures, but Jackie made me feel like I was just having fun hanging out with a friend!

We hired Jackie for our small wedding ceremony. She couldn t have done a better job! She was so friendly and accommodating, and she made the session fun for the adults and children alike. The photos came out BEAUTIFUL! Highly recommend.

Jackie Spencer is a brilliant photographer and incredibly gifted, from start to finish. To be honest, I felt awkward posing for a family session but I am so, so glad we all did. Jackie immediately made everyone comfortable and to say she has a way with children is an understatement. I have never seen my children taking direction so well while simultaneously having an absolute blast! When the photos came back (which was much sooner than anticipated), it was amazing to see how many beautiful and useable photos there were. I would have been happy getting one great shot from her reasonable rate, but there were so many. I would not hesitate in recommending her. Now we want to do more sessions as the kids grow.

Could Jackie be any more awesome?! She has such a good idea and flair that you can't get with anyone else. Polished, professional, but still real photography - she has the "it" factor! I constantly refer her to friends, family and colleagues, and will be trying to find more excuses to use her personally after she did a business project for me. Thanks Jackie!!

Jackie is amazing!! She has a fantastic eye... she shoots quickly and pain free aka my husband doesn t mind taking photos now! She sent us the photos very fast after the session and we loved all of them. Also her prices are very fair. We will definitely be taking our next photos with her !!!

Jackie has true talent. She uses light and setting to maximum effect. She captures natural poses and spontaneous emotion and expression beautifully. Our photos did great justice to our special day and will be lifelong keepsakes. Jackie is also trustworthy and dependable, and processed many hundreds of images in a timely manner.
